  • Welcome to the new ladies and labour vibes to those who want them xx

Ive read through the thread but forgotten everything as usual. Ive left a message with MW this aft, think its about time I saw her again. Had my last appt with her at 25 wks. Im 29wk1day now. Need to see her to get my results from 28wk consultant appt and discuss whatever we're supposed to discuss at this stage.

Is it about now I should be filling in forms for the Sure Start Maternity Grant? Does the midwife need to sign it? If theres anything else Im supposed to be doing now would someone mind telling me pls? Im useless, havent got a clue :o

I feel like Im floundering a bit tbh. No idea what Im supposed to be doing around now apart from packing hospital bag :(

    TIA

Candy - I can't stand the doctors receptionists, they are always so rude and unhelpful where we are.

Sounds like there's a few ladies getting close now!! Good luck to you.

Afm - I'm gutted. Just stood on the scales - stupido move of the day. I've put on a stone!!!!! Not good.

hi just a question did anyone have issues with dairy and meat earlier in pregnancy? I'm 14 weeks at the moment and cant eat either without being sick, but I'm not sure if its worth a doctors visit or just talk to the MW in a couple of weeks?

me!! I'm 17 wks tomorrow and still can't eat/drink milk or yoghurt without feeling very sick and looking green all day :( I can manage a bit of cheese though - I do worry about lack of calcium! I'm now ok with meat but handling raw meat is not good!

zcrat, dont worry about weight sweety. you will lose it after. hugs. i have put on loads. lets see what they say whenever i see whoever. lol.

cake, i see the GP this friday for my 25 week appointment and am wondering what we will discuss too!!! i never know what we are doing as well. i suppose just take my notes along and see. sigh...

i want to show DH what i bough at the weekend. he is at kung fu class now so when he is back, will let him chill and then attack him. :) i was dying to eat a lovely Indian meal and because i am tired as usual, i ordered and it was all so bland. :( i miss my mums cooking.

FIL is here helping out BIl with some ACCA applicaiton. BIL is being so rude to him. :(

I'm nearly 36 weeks and mine hasn't changed at all, mind you I don't have a bump or anything either.

I'd love a good curry but even korma makes me puke at the moment :(

Mine hasn't popped out yet (30 weeks tmrrw) but it's about a third of the depth that it used to be and my bump feels like it's having a growth spurt so it may not be far off :o outies creep me out so hoping it will stay put! :rotfl:
