I would be wanting permanent relief from all pregnancy symptoms at that price.
I tried to trim my lady garden. I don't think it went very well but judging by the amount of hair that was in shower after it was clearly needed lol. Wonder if I went for a wax would the pain and shock induce labour!love you lots like jelly tots0 -

I went to Champneys once for the weekend and it cost a bloody fortune for some of the treatments, think we paid just over £100 for my nan's facial. Luckily we both got some free treatments as it was a competition win.
Speaking of massages my OH often massages my bad leg or a back massage but now baby is head down and in my pelvis I couldn't handle the back massage in the normal way it bloody hurt too much and I kept thinking he would be sitting on babies head squashing him lol. So he had to sit at side of me and do a half hearted attempt but bubs seemed to enjoy it he kept bopping me xYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Welcome back from your holiday Rups! Glad to hear you had a good time.
Well good news from midwife appointment is that baby had good heartbeat (150bpm) and bump is measuring about 35cm (35+5 today). BP is also perfect again, and baby is still 4/5 palpable. We also discussed my birth plan, and she's signed and commented on a few sections and we've put it in with my notes, so I'm not going to bother re-writing it to condense it.
Bad news is that my iron levels have actually dropped since I've been on the iron tablets rather than gone up (were 10.9 and now 10.2), yet I've been really making an effort to eat loads of iron-rich foods and having vimto and fruit juices with vitamin C in to help me absorb it. Have only been able to take 1 instead of 2 a day of the iron sulphate as I told her it was upsetting my tummy. I told her that I'd heard that iron gluconate could be better, and she said she'll order some from the pharmacy, so we've got to pick up after 4.30 today. She also recommended I get Spatone from a health-food shop (it costs a fortune though) as this is easily digestible (not available on prescription though unfortunately) but I found it in Superdrug for £3.29 for 14 sachets, which is cheaper than everywhere else I've checked. Just had the first sachet diluted with vimto, and was fine until Moon tried it and said it tasted like blood! Had to just down it after that as it put me right off!
I'm wondering if the fact that my iron levels have gone down is due to the omeprazole that I'm taking - I forgot about that link to mention it to the midwife, as I remember thinking about this last time I'd left the appointment too, but Moon's memory is worse than mine, so think I'll have to write it down to remind myself for next appointment. Mind you, I'll be 37+5 then, so not much longer to go then.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170 -

Yeah they do thanks rj, but hopefully I won't need that many as I've only got 4wks +2days until due day. Sounds like your body is having a pre-labour clear-out. Fingers crossed. xxEnjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

I've had my stretch & sweep, apparently baby is engaged & my cervix is soft so fingers crossed it get's things going.
The midwife explained how induction worked & that it can take a couple of days depending on how busy the labour ward is, I was hoping i'd be having him that day.
Going to attempt to go for a walk later in the hope it get's things started. I'm so fed up of feeling uncomfortable & not being able to sleep now I want him out. :rotfl:
RJH have you had a stretch & sweep? It worked for me last time, I was due to go in for my induction 9am on the Sunday but after having the sweep on the Thursday my plug went that night, my water broke the next day & I gave birth in the early hours on the Saturday morning.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Thanks ladies. They didnt tell me why Im not entitled to ESA on the phone, just said they will send me all the paperwork and I can appeal if I want or just to apply for JSA.
Once I have all the paperwork I will make an appointment to go in and talk to someone about what I need to do next and what Im entitled to. Im assuming they will help with that? Or will it be best to go to citizens advice? Not a clue about things like this. TIA:j:T Gorgeous twin girls born 1st Nov 2012 :T:j0
