Welcome back Rups, glad you've had a lovely time. I'm not jealous...honest
Rjh, hope the labour vibes get through to you soon. How come they've let you go so much over without inducing?
Afm, sitting waiting for midwife appointment. They're running late, again, big surprise  not to mention there's no air in here at all and I am sooo thirsty.0 -

welcome back rups, glad you had a great holiday
Got a call yesterday telling me im losing my incapacity benefit from next month. Panicking a bit now as Im not entitled to ESA so will have to sign on jobseekers. No idea how all that works as obviously I wont be seeking a job cos I'll be getting ready to give birth! DH doesnt have a fantastic wage coming in so no idea how we'll manage:j:T Gorgeous twin girls born 1st Nov 2012 :T:j0 -
Snow they let you go 40+13 before inducing in wales. What's it like the rest of the uk. I know in northern irelans they only let me go 40+10. Jut a bit worried cos my cervix hasn't been favorable last few exams so apparently they give u the 24 hour process and send u home if this is the case. If it is favorable them they give u the gel. So could be another whole week before I get baby.
More annoyed that they won't even starte at 40+12 cos my dd starts school first Tuesday in sept and I really want to take her to school but of I have jut given birth on say the Friday for example it's gonna e very difficult. I'm contemplating phoning Monday to say I'm booked in for induction and pretend doc wrote date down wrong lol. Took twO days of induction to get my labour started last time.love you lots like jelly tots0 -
Cake. I'm
In similar situation. I just finished Uni and am ready to give birth so cat seek work. Yet told me
I'm not entitled to anything. No ESA no job seekers no income support. Nothing. Absolutely nothing at all. So we trying to survive off my oh 14500 salary with what will shorty be two kids. As a result I'm goin to have to start looking for work in September to start work October.. When babies are born tax credits should help you a good bit but it ain't a lot!

Have you been told why your losing your IB? Have you asked to appeal it?? If not you can apply for JSA the job centre should be ok with you they will tell you to try and find work but obviously that ain't going to happen but that's only for a few weeks chicken. Then you will be entitled to Income Support once bubs is here dependent on your OH's wage. Don't forget to apply for your Sure Start and your Healthy Start vouchers as well, I know it's not much but every little helps xxYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Good morning ladies, congratulations to all the new mummy's. :j
I had a terrible nights sleep last night, not only did I have the normal heartburn but was having braxton hicks every 10 mins for over an hour too. I also woke up with painful cramp in my right calf.
I've got my stretch & sweep today so fingers crossed it starts me off as i'm slightly nervous about the whole induction thing Sunday as i've always gone into labour naturally so not sure what to expect.
Mega labour vibes RJH, I hope you beat me to it or i'm going to feel really guilty.
Good luck to anyone else that needs it. Vicki xxI'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.
