Could you mush it up in a food processor and drink it instead??
Nope its the core she needs to eat and apparently mushing it, destroys whatever the chemical is in it that helps labour. Same reason tinned and pineapple juice is no good. You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
xx Mama to a gorgeous Cranio Baby xx

Congrats.little_miss_moneysaver wrote: »LadyM glad you're getting on ok despite the low BP. I see my midwife at my GP surgery. My consultant I see at my hospitals antenatal clinic where there is a midwife too. Obviously at the hospital they check my wee, BP and listen to baby etc so my midwife said unless I specifically want to see her at the surgery to not make appointments on the weeks I'm at the hospital. As really that's all she's doing too. If there was anything the consultant wanted doing midwife wise urgently there is one there.
I'm going to be taking my MIL in to my next consultant appointment as I'm quite timid and find it hard to say what I want to say, whereas MIL is quite forthright (like the consultant). My consultant doesn't understand M.E at all which I don't find particularly helpful.
At least my midwife has more of an understanding about it! I don't mean to moan but it really annoys me when people are like "Oh, so you just get a little tired all the time".
I will make an appointment for the SSMG form though. I already have the form and don't want to leave it too late because we are relying on it for a majority of baby things as we don't have alot of money as there always seems to be something or other going wrong that needs to be paid for.2019 Wins

LadyM that sounds like a good idea to take your MIL along.
Did anyone hear on Radio4 this morning about post natal psychosis?
Apparently 1 in 500 chance  (much higher if you already have bipolar disorder)
Hope it doesn't affect anyone here but I'd never heard of it and apparently it's "quite" common (as with all things this is relative, but still). If you start getting suicidal or homicial thoughts after birth please get help and warn your OH's to look out for strange behaviour too!!0 -
