Just to let you know, Vic has been admitted to hospital until further notice. Baby is so small which is making it harder to pick up his heartbeat.

Jedi - glad to hear you're doing so well now I remember being told to buy loads of scratch mitts with my first and they were all lost within the first week!

I wish I was sitting by a fan! Ours packed up and we haven't got round to getting a new one. I'm hiding in the house staying well out of the sun. My son is lying on the sofa feeling poorly in the heat, he always hates the really hot weather.

I melted just getting in and out of the car at Hobbycraft! I have a nice birth sampler to stitch now though

Hi I didn't want to mess up your list but i'm booked in for an induction on Sunday 26th August so will be jumping the queue a bit (sorry).

I was admitted to hospital Thursday due to signs of pre eclampsia but released last night as I was unable to control my hypo's in hospital due to the meals being served at set times. I've got to go back in Monday for the result's of my 24 urine collection & to have a sweep so may well be induced or go into labour before the 26th anyway.

Good luck/hugs/labour vibes to anyone who needs them.

Scottish Chick please can you pass on my best wishes to VIC on facebook, I am sure she won't see it but just want her to know that she is being thought of.

I am too hot today too, apparently it is going to be even hotter tomorrow in London:eek:

I have a stitch like pain in my right side which came on about 1 1/2 ago and stupidly googled, now panicked myself so taken some painkillers and seeing how I go. Anyone else had this? It isn't stretching because I get plenty of that and it isn't BH because I still get lots of those too.

I had it really early on when I was first getting my bump...nothing to worry about I am guessing when your saying its a stitch pain is the pain in your actal muscle or inside your stomach?

If its just your muscles then nothing to worry about, if its in your stomach itself then I wouldn't no

Thanks Kaya, not sure where it is coming from just that it is really painful and the only thing I can describe it is like a stitch. Just getting weary about everything.

My mum also said she went to hospital with it...because it was that bad..but they sent her home because it was actally nothing wrong just 'stitches'

Shes a tad paranoid though ...if you are really worried thiers a number you can call on back of your midwife book I belive. If nothing else its peace of mind.

Had a fun packed day yesterday. Celebrated my birthday a day late what with everyone working. Went out for lunch with a friend and then a few hours shopping in town. Then had a ladies night with 7 close friends last night and lots of laughs were had :T. Couldnt believe how many prezzies I got too,was well and truly spoilt. Was tucked up in bed at 10.30 though, Im such a party animal! To be fair I was absolutely exhausted, did more walking yesterday than I have all pregnancy. Thank god for the bump support band. Morocha, I got the Mothercare Blooming Marvellous band. Was only £12 and you can adjust it to how tight you want it. Was having difficulty walking around without bad pains in my stomach but this helps a lot
