Dont bother. Too hot. I spent my whole stay in nothing but pants/mini shorts and a vest. Mygodsend is vesyts from primark - they have elastic straps (bra type) and a bit of lace in a v neck shape.Very stretchy and easy to whip that bit of elastic down and a boob out when that angry red little face wants feeding right now!!Love them so much we got 3 and im still using now. Used nothing front opening yet! I think most of us mums gave up as we all just sat there with our boobs out just to cool down :rotfl:if i went to loo i just put on some leggings and then took off again and staye in bed in just pants.I waaaaaaaaaaaaay overpacked!!!!!!!!!!!!

moneypuddle - the nursery is lovely!

Books - I've got loads that we can read to baby as I've still got most of my children's books. Favourites of theirs have been the Julia Donaldson books, I think we have all of those she wrote up until the point that my two got too old to read them. Stick Man and Room on the Broom are great, I'll enjoy reading them again. The thing I don't have any more are the feely, noisy or flappy type books for baby to explore. My 6 year old is desperate to read his Roald Dahl collection to her as soon as she's born. She might not be interested but at least it'll give him a job to do for her and keep him occupied

I agree with Rebekah that it isn't worth buying loads of cheap nighties unless you like them anyway. I've only worn a nighty to give birth in, so I'll be buying one for that, then it's on to vests and pj shorts. If you're in a nighty you'll be flashing everyone a view of your disposable knickers and pad every time you get out of bed, which is not a good look if you're on a ward where everyone has visitors lol.

Annoyingly it's raining here this morning - first morning rain in ages on the one day I didn't want any. No car booting bargains for me today!

So I been having mild contractions since ten last night every five minutes or so. Just like period pains but a bit sorer. So phones maternity and went in to see. Cervix is way up high and not remotely open but baby is 3/5 engaged. But alas not in labour so wait and see.hurts a bit

Moneypuddle your nursery is gorgeous! Happy birthday for today too! Hope the weather clears up for you a bit and you get to do something nice today.

Well Moon has pulled the cot out so that I can get to the wall to try out the stickers today. I think I'm going to wait until he's home from shooting anyway so I can stand back and tell him where to position them. Can't wait til everything is all set up. 33 weeks today.

Tried a new cereal today and it was yummy - Sainsbug's Cinnamon Malties - they also contain quite a lot of iron, so double bonus.

Hope the Asda baby event happens soon - I'm getting frustrated with all the waiting.

Hugs to all who need or want them. Fingers crossed for all the boldies and those experiencing pains.
