Congratulations Jen
Ikkle I am in shock about your mother although mine is acting similar, insisting that she will be with me during labour. We have decided that all going well this time she won't be told when I go into labour and will find out a few days later.
Gemma Happy Birthday
Twinklie welcome back, glad you are with your OH and enjoying it.
Moneypuddle I am so jealous of your nursery. Mini_cub will be sharing a room with us, although the flat is on the market just have to hope someone wants it. Happy Birthday for tomorrow.
Spoke to my mum earlier today who delighted it telling me that all her children were born by 35 weeks. I am 34:eek:
I was at 35 my sister was at 34 and my youngest sister was at 24 weeks. I am now very aware of every pain and BH.
There is no reason I should follow in my mothers footsteps but then I did have the boys at 32 weeks so not completely out there.
And breathe, hope all are ok and labour vibes to those who want them.

I've got my own copies of the complete works of A A Milne, and Mog the forgetful cat (best book ever imo) and when we rearranged our living room shelves today we've left space next to them for Beanie's books. I was a real bookworm as a child, I still read every day. Sadly most of my childhood books (2 tall bookshelves full
) were lost when my Dad lost it and I went to live with my aunt and uncle (surrogate parents), but there are some classics I know I'll be buying for my child
looking forward to reading them again myself tbh! I want Beanie to have the same love for reading so intending to read to them every day once we get into a routine.

Ikkle. That is nuts, can't believe your mum thinks she can get first cuddle. I wouldn't have her in the delivery room if I was you.
Gemma. Happy birthday x
Moneypuddle love the nursery.
Jen and Clarissa. Congratulations to you both xx
Where is everyone getting their nighties for their hospital bags from? I'm struggling to find one with buttons right down the front. I can't remember if I just need it for feeding the baby or if I gave birth in it the last time. It was so long ago.:j little fire cracker born 5th November 2012 :j0 -
