.
I've used all my vouchers now and have lots of free things for my baby. Any other money off vouchers out there?
I've used my Bounty pack vouchers ( midwife pack plus the second one), ASDA ones plus the ones inside the pack, the Pampers Club vouchers, the Huggies vouchers, Boots vouchers (I now have a changing bag :j) Emma Diary voucher (had 2 separate packs) and Tesco vouchers. Now waiting for Sainsbury's ones. I noticed that Pampers vouchers are like gold dust. I had just 2.One from Bounty pack (I think) and one from Boots.:smileyheaBaby Aida is here :j:j:jBaby fund - £3140/£60000 -
Yeah pampers vouchers are a bit thin on the ground. I did get my pack of 10 nappies and some wipes from them the other day though
huggies club online do regular vouchers to print off x

Silly Moo congrats to you!
Moneypuddle glad to hear you have appt at Dr's; make sure you fully explain the situation and I am sure your GP will sign you off with stress for a couple of weeks. They may then even extend that out if they think it is in yours and baby's best interests. But you do need to tell your GP how your workloads are excessive and you are having to manage your normal job whilst training others. I agree with Jonno that you should do something about the email that was accidentally sent to you; personally, I would write a formal letter to the HR department to inform them that you are dismayed by the contents of the email and as a result feel that the company have broken their Duty of Care. This in turn, along with a lack of support, has made you feel very undervalued and also stressed. Your boss had no right to write what they did and need to be taken to task for it. To be honest, I am appalled by it - I would have to take the whole matter further! x0 -
Morning all!
Can't you sleep MMM?
Have just waved my relatives off to the Olympics. They have to be there 2hours before their 10am event. As I was awake for a wee I checked all was well otherwise they would have snuck out.
Am seeing my bf this morning and her 3 week old baby. My sister is coming so doubt I'll get many cuddles lol she'll hog the baby!
I'm 34 weeks today:j and
SillyMoo huge congrats for the birth on Ben :j hope you're both doing well. Looking forward to hearing more when you've time.
Clarissa hopefully by now you're on the way for mummy cuddles, hope all goes well.
Chrissy hope you're also getting on ok and are close, if not already having mummy cuddles
Money puddle your work sounds dreadful! I got the impression a while back you and your boss had agreed as you had to train these new ppl there wasn't time to fit in all your holiday? So this was an arrangement to suit you both? I'd be fuming about the email, I'm not sure how you accidentally get copied in though. It may be worth speaking or emailing your boss saying that you're struggling to train two people and get the work done at the same time. It sounds like a lot to do even if your weren't pregnant to me anyway. I second others that the stress is not good for you or bubs. What is your sick pay like? If your could get full pay for sick pay, it may be worth trying to get signed off sick, even just for a week or two. Or as Kitten said a dr's letter to say reduced hours/stress although it doesn't sound like that's much of an option. Could your boss not do some training? Big hugs hun.
SM I'm often shattered too. I've always been a firm believer in naps anyway. And often wake in the night for the same reasons, seeing, too hot, funny dreams etc. even when I've slept well I get tired in the afternoon/late morning. Think it's getting to that stage now.
Molly, I couldn't get that wheel to loadI'm on my iPad though so maybe it's that? I'm curious now!
Bikeless my bubba is the same, get into bed all comfy to sleep and bubba thinks its party time!
Jonno sorry you've not been feeling great. Hopefully no more visits to the clinic needed. What a waste of an afternoon for you.
Rups glad you got to see your GP. Try and get a spare urine sample pot so next time you can take one with yousave multiple trips. Saying that I have many spare ones now lol.
Daft cat spent the night with one of our male guests last night downstairsshe's only just come to sit on our bed. OH's alarm is going off so everytime she gets up from her spot at the end of the bed sit on him and miaows until he presses snooze. Sits there for a minute then back to her spot again. Although she was sitting on him snoozing herself before the alarm bout 15 mins ago when my sister popped her head round the door as my light was on, daft cat got up, went quickly to the end of the bed and continuously hissed at my sister until she went :rotfl: she's silly cos she's such a scaredy cat!
Hope everyone is ok this morning, hugs to those that need them . Sending big labour vibes to those that want/need them (I'm stuck happily at no 30 on our list and I'm scared I'll be in the 20s very soon). Hope you have a good day anyone......hopefully I've got another hour or so to doze a bit
