I'm back from my midwife appointment, actually got seen early today which is unheard of, she's usually running at least 15 mins late. She's not concerned about my giant feet and cankles as my BP and urine are both fine and I'm not having headaches. Baby is head down and he kept pushing the midwife away while she was trying to listen to his heartbeat
She got my due date all mixed up, thought I was there for my 28 week check not 34! She's a bit ditzy but lovely. Next visit it at home two weeks on Thursday to go over my birth plan. I best tidy the house and maybe do a birth plan ready!

boldie day for me, love it
thanks for the best wishes.
clarrisa - sending you labour vibes!
gillybean - re sweets/cake - crap food in general lol my mum is rather like this, she uses sweets to get children to like her, i think she sees it as a treat and there is no harm but my mum herself is 10 stone overweight!. i have two nephews and i see her trying to give them sweets all the time, even offered 3 - 4 times when you can see the child doesnt want it.
also re being scared of labour, i was at the beginning of pregnancy and even felt a bit nauseous when reading in detail about birth but once i got used to it things started to feel ok. the book below really helped me. i think people are very negative about labour and make it out to be the most painful experience that you will have but i think if you go into birth with a positive mindset, with the least amount of fear you will have a better outcome.

i have also done hypnobirthing CD - mine you can listen to from about 35 weeks but i only got mine at 38 weeks but have listened to it everyday since (now 40 weeks) lasts for 40 mins
dont watch one born everyminute - most births on this are dramatic they need to be they are on TV. read positive birth stories - i think ikkle posted a link earlier.
no linea nigra for me, i am pale with mousy brown hair.
congratulations to AMC - baby is here, so pleased for you
CL - maternity clothes are hard to come by in general just on the highstreet, i found this quite frustrating.
i cant be bothered to answer the phone today, it has rang 3 times, no messages left though. i cant be bothered to get into another "when is baby going to come conversation"
going to daisy birthing class tonight, its the start of a new term but i am just going as a drop in session. will be lots of ladies who are a lot less pregnant than me, i will probably scare them when i plod in lol

Seems to be the new lingo for SPD well hip pain. as much as I hate to say it, you might just have to grin and bear the pain. Says me that's moaning everytime I move lol.
Emsbet glad all went well with the midwife.
Rups easier said than done. Why now of all times are people talking about visiting me? One child has ADHD and is a terror. I'm not sure it's all the ADHD I think it's just naughtiness lol. There's just no way I could cope with him here.
Can't believe it's 3oclock already. So much to do and so little time
Have ticked one thing off my massive list. Should probably stop looking at my iPad:j Baby boy arrived 22nd August 2012 :j

LMM, i know its easier said. saying that just be honest and if they feel bad they do. yesterday when my sis in law called buba lazy, DH got angry and told me to leave a message on FB for people to leave me alone. lol. think honesty will work better because with my relatives, tact isnt somehting they have!Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Edit: better on the FB page so we can just have one 'document' which keeps being updated?0 -
thanks moneypenny. will try my best.

Also just seen an email from BBC I applied for tickets to see Justin's house (annoying tv show dd loves) at media city and I've managed to get some. Only thing is she will have come back off holiday that morning flight lands at 1.30am and it starts at 10. Hope she won't be too tired, she will love it.Mummy to Isabella - March 2008 and Daisie - September 2012:A - November 2011 (mc)0 -
