Good luck Dida!Oooooo sounds yummy I've got a thing about seeds in fruit that puts me off lol I'm rather fussy ha I'm sure someone said they'd used raspberry jam and it was nice might try swirling a bit of that in (seedless jam of course) x
It was me! I made cupcakes rather than a big cake...first batch I put the lemon curd and jam on top of each cupcake as per the recipe (about 3/4 of a tea spoon in each), but found they were very sticky.
Second batch I mixed a large table spoon of each into the cake mix, before folding in the flour (though I also altered the recipe to 4oz of sugar/butter/flour with two eggs this time too, so if you are sticking with the recipe quantities then you may want to add a bit more.) and they were much easier to eat (don't know if that's a good thing or not to be honest!)0 -
Good luck dida, sounds like things are on the move! Silly question coming up but do people wear dresses to have sweeps? I have one on wed and will have one at hospital the following week if that doesnt work. 39+4 today!Mum of 2 :j0

I wore a dress with leggings minimuffin - then I could wear big pants with a pad in and felt a bit more protected.
39 weeks today and pretty sure I'm still in slow labour0 -
Good luck Dida, hope something is happening for you this time. What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..0

Snoz glad to see you still have energy after giving birth. I'm so afraid I'll be useless and extremely tired.
Oh you will have more energy than me as I became seriously ill shortly after giving birth. You will be fine.0 -
Did anyone else that's had their baby and still lurking feel awful before giving birth? I'm feeling full of cold, achy and generally shattered, not sure if it's a sign or a bug.0

Hi everyone! Just looking for some advice on prams. Went into mothercare today for a look and really liked the Babystyle Oyster but have come home and seen it has got lots of terrible reviews about wheels, handles snapping etc. What have you all gone for?0

We have the mamas and papas urbo (bought at a baby show at a really good price). It's really light and easy to fold which was a big positive for me.Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0
