I hope so but we've had HR problems for two years now so not holding out much hope. I'm sure it'll work out one way or another, nothing more I can do now.

I'm not sure if this is just a Scotland thing but apparently the NHS have a "minor ailments" bit which means if you register as pregnant at the pharmacy you get all sorts of stuff on prescription you wouldn't usually get - gaviscon for one!

Bonjela, sudocream, calpol & baby paracetamol are all included - you can get it 'till baby is a year old, definately worth looking up

Amy, do not blame yourself, it is not your fault that she has reacted that way. My mum asked me not to contact my sister back in February because she had just been told she wasn't going to conceive naturally (endometriosis and PCOS) and it just hurt her too much to hear about my pregnancy. I was devastated and spent days in tears, my DH was very worried about me as I never cry. We managed to talk after a few days and it turned out she had actually just found out she was pregnant herself and she's now 12 weeks behind me and wants to know EVERYTHING about my pregnancy!

Baleb, I'm in the same boat with the sleeping, I had my left hip operated on when I was a teenager but it only flares up when I'm pregnant so that has started up recently and is worse in bed for some reason so I can't lie on my left side, lying on my back is a no go and I got my whooping cough vaccination in my right arm yesterday and its throbbing so I can't lie on my right side! Last night was so much fun!

Gitlzmum that's lovely about your sister! Glad I'm not the only one struggling with sleep, my arm hurt for days after that injection!

Yes! Think i would've been excited either way, i was convinced it was a girl (no idea why lol). DH is over the moon at the prospect of getting to play with lego and buy mini Arsenal shirts!

so i found out this morning that i may seriously queue jump at some point, ive been telling my midwife all along that i think im further along as conception times in my opinion were out by 3 weeks as me and my partner had split up a couple of weeks before they think i conceived. anyway i went to a antenatal appointment this morning and the consultant told me that she thinks i may be right with my original date that i gave and that littlun may just be small, doesnt mean that they will change dates because that of course would be them admitting that they are wrong, but they are going to be keeping an eye on me now!

24 or 27+3 today- thats gunna get confusing!

I'm another with 2x500ml bottles of gaviscon to hand all the time - one next to the bed and one next to the sofa! I've never had heartburn and it's evil.
