No, I've been awake all night too. It's scan day and I never sleep the night before. Also, my OH was snoring. It sounded as though he was being possessed by some evil being. I usually wake him up but he kept waking himself up. Never heard sounds like it in my life!

Oh dear snozberryberry, I do feel for you, my OH is a terrible snorer. But I didnt even have him to blame this time as he's away. It's a beautiful day today, not sure what to do with myself and roo, might spend the day in the garden....

Tbf, he only does it if he is ill or fretting about something. I could have smothered him last night! Lol he is just starting to worry about delivery day and everything that goes with being a first time parent. You know what they are like lol

My OH usually does it when he's had too much beer! Just got my new sofa delivered, it's lovely, just huge though!!!! Not sure where the chairs are going to go now!!!! Already hoovered upstairs and shoved some washing on and washed up this morning. I'm on a roll!

Morning all. Hope everyone's had a good weekend - it was nice to have a bank holiday that wasn't a complete wash-out for once :)

I'm feeling a little more organised now as I got DH to pull the baby clothes out of the loft and I got most of the newborn and 0-3 months stuff washed yesterday, so at least this baby will have clothes to wear if he arrives early.

It was kind of weird seeing all of DS's little babygros again - I can't believe he was ever that small! (Though to be fair, he did only fit in the newborn stuff for a week or 2)

The spare room now has freshly painted walls. DH is going to do the skirting boards this week and then we'll get DS moved in at the weekend - and then I'll have the nursery free so I have somewhere to get my hospital bag organised and properly start getting things ready for the new baby.

I feel for you ladies with snoring partners. My DH is a terrible snorer. Normally I'm quite a heavy sleeper so it doesn't bother me, but now that I can't get comfortable and am waking up needing the loo or with leg cramps, it's driving me mad when I can't get back to sleep because he's grunting away. I'm going to get some ear plugs for the next few weeks. And once the baby is here... well, we won't be sleeping anyway, will we? :o

I hope all goes well at the scan today snozberry.

Missymoo, I'm feeling tired just reading about all of the work you've been doing!

I'm supposed to be going up to the office for training tomorrow, but think I might make my excuses. It's a 2 hour drive each way, and with the state of my hips at the moment I suspect I won't be able to walk when I get to the other end. Plus the drive back will be at the time when I'm normally falling asleep at my desk. It's training on a subject I'm pretty confident in anyway. And if I do learn something new, I'm not going to need it in the next 3 weeks as I'm working on a project til I go on maternity leave, and I doubt I'd remember it by the time I get back next year! So it seems more trouble than it's worth it to go.

Ooooh yes good luck with the scan today snozberry, I'm sure all will be fine. I have my giant baby scan tomorrow, to see just how huge my little monster is!

Big bird, sounds like you're really getting organised. I've hoovered downstairs, washed all the floors sand hung some washing out. Havr to say I'm a little bit tired now after not sleeping, but will have a snooze, maybe in the sunshine, when Roo has a nap. 37 + 5 today. It's too hot to be this fat lol

Good luck with scans. Got my 16 week appointment today so need to go and pee in my pot. Always love doing that. I'm going to ask her if she's heard of the NUB theory and see what she says :D anything to prove to DH that its a boy :D

    Morning all!

OH and his parents have been decorating the house all weekend. Livingroom wallpaper is done (why that was a priority I'll never know!) and half of tiny human's room is papered to be finished next weekend...fingers crossed!I'm practically a regular in B&Q now.

Woke up on Sunday at about 6am with the most horrible stomach pains. Right at the top of my bump so I imagine it was just muscle stretching but by God it hurt!I could still feel tiny human kicking away though so I know she's okay.

My friend was due to be induced either yesterday or today and none of us have heard from her, fingers crossed everything's okay!

    Hi everyone,

Sorry I haven't posted yet, went into labour on 30th April and delivered on my due date of 1st May at 7.30pm to a 7Lb 13oz baby girl - Emma Jayne Wilson

Labour wasn't the easiest and I ended up with forceps but we are back home now and trying to adjust to life with a newborn... Eeek doesn't feel real somehow.

Anyway I will update with full birth story when I get a chance

    Xx
