My smallest baby (7lbs 1oz) was also the longest and hardest labour so fingers crossed the big baby theory is true! x

I've just eaten a whole easter egg :o Chocolate has become a serious craving for me. I'm normally not that fussed about it, but at the moment I can't get through the day without having some.

What on earth are you still doing with any Easter egg left BB???!!! :D

    Hi ladies!

Congrats 2b!! Welcome to your little girl, fab news :)

Penguin - hope you are not waiting too much longer.

I keep thinking I have a HUGE bump but the midwife says it's measuring ok, so am not worried. All this talk of chocolate is making we want some, but there was a trace of sugar in my urine at the last appointment and I've got GTT next week, and am now paranoid about developing gestational diabetes so desperately trying to cut down on sugar! What am I supposed to do though when there are all those Lindt bunnies staring at me?!

My boobs appear to have started leaking a bit... I take it this is normal at 29 weeks but I was quite amused/freaked out to see some yellow stuff coming out of them!!

I'm back from the wilds of the outside world. Its bluddy SNOWING again!! !!!!!! SO over snow now. Its my birthday next week and I dont think I ever remember it snowing..ridiculous.

Bought DS some new shoes. He is a 6.5 now apparently, and I was squeezing his feet into a size 5. I thought the shoes looked a bit diddy..oops!

£30 though for a pair of 2 year old's shoes..crazy. They do have flashing lights on them though which DS loves.

Funny to hear you girls are craving chocolate. I couldn't care less for it. I've never been a big 'sweet' person and have always prefered a curry, but at the moment I am craving really HOT stuff. Ate through a whole jar of really hot jalapenos the other day. OH was a mixture of shocked and impressed as they are really hot. I think it was the briney water they are in too I wanted. I just can't get enough salty/spicy/savoury food!

I have a load of chocolate/Easter eggs in my fridge that people insisted on gving me (the pregnant lady will no doubt scoff the lot they probably thought)...nope..dont want any of it! :p

Now give me a big plate of my local Japanese resturant's chilli peppercorn squid and a bowl of miso soup, Im anyone's!

We haven't had a single easter egg in the house this year. I don't buy them for the children as they usually end up with about 6 each this year they got none :(

Can I reiterate.. Mimi has absolutely no association with her name being Madeleine.. it is because she is a Mini-Me = mini-mimi = Mimi.. and more than any of the other names the children are called.. probably the closest association is Jemimah being Moomin (she has moomin cheeks)

Daisy in older ladies is usually a pet name of Margaret .. goodness knows how.

I have a Freja too (Scandinavian spelling).. I really dislike her name. Her middle name is Tatianah which I love. Not that it matters because she gets called Baloo anyway :p

I felt the first kicks from the outside today :D

Not sure if this will work as it's a different format to what I usually use.. anyway.. 18 weeks!!!

I just want to eat.. it doesn't matter what it is.. I am really struggling to not eat 24/7. I dared even look at the scales. I don't want sweet stuff either, but then I rarely do

draw on the wall the area you want tiling.. measure that and work out the area.. most tiles are given prices for m2 and ft2 so you round the area calculate up to allow for breakages and base the price on that.

I need about 6m2 for the kitchen so want to save about £400 to cover tiles and fixing and every time I get it saved something catastrophic happens.

Okay so you sound good at this :rotfl:

    Bathroom is 205cm x 210cm x 260cm (height)
    Wall covering req'd will then be;
    (205x260)x2 + (210x260)x2 = 215,800cm squared

Tiles are these which are 15cm x 15cm so 225cm squared and come in a pack of 44 so cover 9,900cm squared.

So to cover 215,800 cm squared I need 22 packs at £3.96 so a total of £87.12?

Please tell me this is logical! :rotfl:

EDIT: May as well add floors while I'm here!

    Floor covering req'd will be 205 x 210 so 43,050 cm squared
Tiles are 33cm by 33cm so 1,089 cm in a pack of 11 so 11,979cm squared
    4 packs req'd at £16.80 each £67.20?

I'm now wondering if thats the price per pack or the price per tile?
