Aida i wish i could join you there and see my bubs.. I hate being in the unknown. like my mother dear says 'when the little one is ready it will be here'. not too late please?

Rups, I reckon your little one will not keep you waiting too long. I'm the same also not a great fan of the unknown.

Can't believe out if all our goodies we do not have any babies yet, hope you ladies are all managing ok.

Not been up to much today, went to Tesco to collect the baby bedding I'd ordered online, it's 3 for 2 at the moment and I used some club card vouchers in the exchange so more or less free. Then got the Christmas tree down but not up yet as DH had to go to work so we are doing it tomorrow.

Still feeling quite a lot of pressure in my lower pelvis might go and chill in the bath for a bit.

feeling so rough my eyes are watering now.. just taken some paracetamol. runny nose and the works.:( thankfully no fever. before i was boiling and now iam sort of ok temp wise and even just a tad cold. was waiting for dh to come back with some pasta parcels as fancied those with some sauce so he came slightly later as there were issues with the trains.. just had dinner and looking forward to some cheesecake.my throat

just found out a colleague i did my phd with just had her induction today and her baby was due on Xmas day. she said she was diabetic which is why they induced her. she wrote to me as she saw one of y status on FB and said she was scared. i said so am i lol. well she has had her little boy.

i may have asked this before, but we are not allowed to inhale vicks are we? or somehting to clear the nose? think i was snoring so badly last night like a dragon. while eating, bubs moved so weirdly that it hurt my down below.:( had to get up and walk.

I think things like Vicks and Olbas Oil are fine to use Rups.

ok will use vicks then thanks. i got some during my last cold but the pharm said not to use it! weird...thank you. xx when i sneeze o cough my belly hurts.

I make a solution of water (half a glass), salt (a teaspoon) and bicarbonate of soda (a pinch). Mix it in a spray bottle and use that to clean the nostrils,.I spray it in with the head tilted back so it goes all the way, wait a bit(youmight.even get.some salty taste on the throat), then blow the nose, repeat and leave it if I feel too stuffy. It's what those £6 sprays on sale have anyway.

really? i didnt realise that. will try it. thanks.. i dont have a spray bottle so might need to get one.

am totally ready for bed now... hope ican sleep but i know i will get up loads of times. is it normal to have a belly that is so rock hard now at 38 weeks? today esp tonight my belly is making me feel so uncomfy esp when i walk.

hiya hotbern how are u? welcome on here! Normally Aida or savage add people on as sometimes the list format changes. you could try or ask one of them to add you on? how far gone are you?
