Just out of curiousity, is it normal to tip the driver? I usually give them £2 and they don't seem very keen to take it. I don't know if its because taking tips is frowned upon or if they maybe don't think £2 is very much. Any opinions?

No, it's not normal to tip the driver! Why would you do that, you already pay a delivery charge?! I'm not sure in Tesco's case but some places would actually sack someone for taking a tip. Maybe that's why they're not keen to accept it, not because it's too small an amount.
Vote for your driver if you think he's good (there is a competition on the website) but really there is no need to tip them.
