I signed up to Textbroker ages ago and was given a 3* classification. There's nothing on there at the moment, just one assignment which requires 5*.
I have never found anything on there at my level

I believe they have stopped accepting new registration atm. I have just been rated today as a newbie 3*. No jobs for me, plenty for 4* though. 0
