Oh in other news I am officially unfit and now have a fitness plan - helps with the PMA (positive mental attitude) and other health issues plus minor things like sleeping! Did a fitness assessment last night and compared to this time last year, what a difference a year makes.
So get fit and then I can carry a bigger BOB and run faster to out wit the zombies .... or just generally be healthier and a nicer person - also an added bonus.

What can I add that hasn't been said...that is wonderful news and don't we need some of that...well done!bouning-happy-smiley-emoticon.gifEven better that it so close to where you live. Don't suppose any us will lose the OS way of life but it may mean that you can save more or afford more treats and be wondering..."Can I afford that?"
