I'm using Tomtom 5 but am sure it will work with TomTom 6 as well. BTW this seems to run very quick and seems quicker to run than a TomTom one unit.

Just used version 5 as I have a valid license for this. I'll post up a step by step guide but will leave creating getting hold of license software to individuals.
Sorry if I leave out any blanks but will leave this to individuals to figure out, I'm sure I've not missed anything but cannot be sure. By the way a disclaimer from myself. This is provided as beta and therefore will not be hold responsable for anything that may go wrong. Use at your own risk.

    Step are as follows:......

Cheers mate i'll be giving this a go when it shows up :)

How do you get it to do this?

You can enter the street number if you enter the city/town and then street name rather than entering the postcode. It then prompts for House Number. I can't find a way of entering the house number if you enter the postcode.

On one of the review sites it said the 205 was the successor of the 210?

edit: just read back on another thread and the 205 is the brand new model, 210 is the older one.

Don't you just hate it when bloody manufacturers do things like that? ;-) You research carefully to try to get the best deal and they trip you up with nonsense like non-sequential model numbers. Oh well the 210 seems to work fine, I guess it's just a cheaper more modern chipset by a different manufacturer in the 205.

I wonder if Tesco will or still issue ' Raincheck' vouchers when special offers are out of stock, so we can buy at a later date at the special offer price.

May be worth an ask on Monday!

https://www.medionshop.co.uk <<<<<<<<< for buyin extra maps

may be of no use 2 any1 wotsoever but hey i thought i'd give it anyway lol

p.s thank you OP as my man is well happy xxxxxx

I duno if this has been covered in the thread, but its quite a large thread now.

You can get speedcam alerts for FREE, it is pre installed!!

Im sure if you have this sat nav you have noticed the little red square in the right hand corner. Well use something small (i used the end of a bag tie) to poke the little red sqaure.

Options will pop up to activate speed cam alert or deactivate.

    Just click the activate one.

The Red box will now turn green and you have...

    FREE SPEED CAM ALERTS :T

For each speed cam it shows the speed for it and obviously...where it is lol.

    Click on M (Menu)
    Click on the spanner
    Click on Display
Click on Metric units. This opens up a menu and you can choose Imperial Units to get miles instead of kilometres.

I don't think you need to do anything with the CDs as I believe everything is preloaded.

    Good luck.

    Cheers
