Hiya Deedee, try a hard reset, this can be done by pressing the Power button and reset button in at the same time. Hopefully this will cure your problem.

On one of the review sites it said the 205 was the successor of the 210?

edit: just read back on another thread and the 205 is the brand new model, 210 is the older one.

Does anyone know how to get the instructions in Miles?

Also does anyone know what to do with/or what all the CD's are for, the manual is useless?

    Click on M (Menu)
    Click on the spanner
    Click on Display
Click on Metric units. This opens up a menu and you can choose Imperial Units to get miles instead of kilometres.

I don't think you need to do anything with the CDs as I believe everything is preloaded.

    Good luck.

Its the POI-Warner full package for the PAS05 that will enable more overlays (like speed cameras, supermarkets, landmarks...)

Think its 30 euros to register, doesn't run otherwise

    for those with this promblem

"Maximum volume not loud enough - stereo had to be quite low - may look into ways of amplifiying it."

it has a headphone jack on the side, if your in car entertainment has an aux jack u can simple buy a jack 2 jack line and then play it through ur stereo and then bein able 2 turn the volume up 2 desired level

just a shame u can play the music @ the same time but then remember folks this is just a satnav- to b able 2 get u from a to b, it's not gonna get up and dance 4 ya!!!!!!!!!!

i have a tomtom 1 and love it but still if i had not brought that just over a year ago i would b just as happy with this 1 that i have brought 4 me bloke.

Just tried mine again today and found that it does actually do premise level directions (i.e. house number) rather than just postcode and it took me directly to the door.

An even happier (Easter!) bunny today.:j

How do you get it to do this?
