I like the idea of the red "X" as it complements the green tick. Thanks for picking it up Mods0

Thanks for taking note - would suit me very well.
Often forget why I've not entered something and find myself going over something I've previously discarded for whatever reason (loads don't open on my work computer now (security settings at work - grrr) so it would be helpful for me to even search for the ones that I can dismiss immediately like all the Cosmopolitan ones).

I agree with cornishpasty 1.
But if that is not possible green tick and Red cross.0 -
Hi Folks,
We've been having a chat about this this morning and have an idea. Firstly, here's some information for context and rationale:
For every new element we introduce, it places additional load on our database. It's by no means a big problem, but naturally to keep forum speed and efficiency we try and be as clever with the amount of times we need to do this as possible.
For the purposes of what we're discussing here - to expand enter to three options, "enter", "skip" and "not interested" gives us three times the current hit.
This is our proposed solution : Rather than giving the buttons names, why dont we just give you a tick and a cross (or appropriate opposing colours or symbols) which you can then use as you see fit.
You can call them "yes / no" "enter / skip" "enter / dont care" or whatever works for you personally.
This, hopefully, gives you a usable system that makes comping much easier, whilst helping us keep the strain on our server and database as low as possible.
Would this seem a fair compromise to all?

Brilliant! Simple is usually best and I think this would tick all boxes (pun intended). I would find this so useful as, like others, I often look open the same comp I've already dismissed for whatever reason every time it's bumped. Any way of marking it as 'ignore' would be so useful. Thanks for asking and listening - Now about the discussion board idea...:DI am brave, I am bruised
I am who I'm meant to be
I'm not scared to be seen
I make no apology
THIS IS ME!
