I dont know ,was wondering this myself.It would get loads of interest if i posted it in the competitions threads (which i did do by mistake but moved it) then maybe it would grab attention of someone who could put suggestion forward to the right people.Then again i could get told off for putting it in the wrong place! :-/

So if you are a super duper person in control of MSE land please please think about "the skip button" ! WE NEED IT!

I use the tick to mean I've either entered or checked the post.

i used to do this too untill i had my first win,then when i went to thank that person by message i couldnt work out who posted the comp as i had clicked entered for loads! lol x

Comp wins can usually be narrowed down by prize and company name.

Surely you can tell from the thread title if you want to win the prize or not.

I think it's a brilliant idea, as I have often wished that there was such a thing. I like some others have now resorted to ticking even when I haven't entered, and thanking but it then confuses me later. I def support your idea itsmeexxx, and thanks for proposing it.
