Updated my sig with my new daily interest, in 5 months it's come down by 35p a day.
At first that's a bit depressing, what does 35p buy?? Not a lot.
But I suppose (based on a 30 day month) that's £10.50 a month extra that's coming off the capital rather than paying interest every month, so that's not too bad!! Still can't wait to get below the magical £20 a day mark.Start Date 16/09/2015

And £10.50 a month is over £125 a year, that's not to be sniffed at :TA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Great to catch up on your progress... I can't face working out daily interest yet. Maybe when we get below the £140k mark I'll be able to look through winced eyes and through fingers with my hand firmly over my face.MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0

Quite a costly weekend - I had my mid year review on Friday and although there was some positive stuff, I did get slaughtered!!! So to cheer myself up we had a Chinese takeaway (slap hand).
Then last night we had our friends Christmas meal, 20 of us, which was great but £50 gone.
On a more positive note, I fed our baby girl solids for the first time yesterday and it's my son's first nativity play in an hour and a half - he's a sheperd - can't wait ha ha

First solids is a milestone, she'll soon be eating everything in sight. I hope the nativity play went well.0

I was inadvertantly exposed to my daily interest thanks to a letter from The Coventry - £13.58 BUT as we're mid-switch to Nationwide this will get smaller due to the lower interest rate.MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0
