It was all going so well until yesterday, I was on track, then I took the family out for breakfast and we had fish and chips last night
So will have spent £60 in 14 days, by the time I get paid on Tuesday - 2 days to go.
Oops. Still, got to cut yourself some slack sometimes and I hope you enjoyed them

Monthly SO of 150 OPd off Mortgage have updated part of sig, will update rest when main mortgage goes in
So that's £450 in total for August - pretty pleased with that as it's been a pretty expensive month.
Unfortunately I think September is going to be as bad, may only be able to do £300We'll see.
I wish I could have paid £300!!! After an expensive month I've managed £150, think October will be the same, focussing mainly on trying to get my current account in the black before Christmas.Start Date 16/09/2015

Disaster!! I use the RBS online mortgage switching service to check how my mortgage is getting on, but I've just managed to lock myself out and it will be 25 days until it's unlocked, how will I cope???
My spreadsheet will have to proove it's worth for the next 25 days!!
Wa hey it's unlocked, can track my mortgage again, my spreadsheet was fairly close.
Can't believe how excited I am, and I'm definitely below 80% LTV:j been offered 6 new deals by RBS, none of them good enough
I've got tomorrow off, it's my boys 3rd birthday tomorrow so day off and two parties. Then next week I'm off work - Center Parcs here we come:beer:Start Date 16/09/2015

Just back, had a fantastic week, the whole family loved it and didn't spend too much, it is expensive but if you're sensible it's OK, kept eating out to a minimum but did have the odd naughty treat. :AStart Date 16/09/2015

Not had a lot to report lately - don't seem to be doing well reducing spending to enable OPs and roll on payday - ten days to go. Have just pretty much halved what I was paying for house insurance though, need to take the positives where I can!!!Start Date 16/09/2015

It's our daughter's Christening tomorrow, so hoping for a lovely day, financially we've spent about half of what we did on our son's (don't tell her) still not cheap but sensible at least.

Well the christening went very well, our daughter was very well behaved and the service was lovely.
We had fish and chips and they went down well.
Only fly in the ointment was the people who were meant to be doing the bar for us in the church hall didn't turn up, we've found out they went bust on Tuesday, but didn't let us know!!
So some friends of ours sorted it all out - in three hours they'd bought all the drinks and set it all up, just need to understand the financial implcations now:eek:Start Date 16/09/2015

So the financial implactions are, we had £68 worth of booze left over, so that's not too bad at all, plus we'll have enough to get us through Christmas, so I don't feel like we're out of pocket at all.
One thing is for sure, having such good friends is a real blessing.Start Date 16/09/2015
