We love it, really enjoying being here, but there is a lot to do. Just getting quotes for certain things and trying to work out what to do first. Spent most of today unsuccessfully battling with what was a blocked drain - it's now just slow running & the hose isn't quite long enough to get to it...

Thank you Shs, it is great that we have finally moved. Had a very busy weekend lots of parties and socialising, not spent much, but haven't managed to get much done around the house, other then get lots of leaves up. Last green bin collection of the year on Wednesday.

It's been a tough month financially though, hoping for a cheaper November.

Not our council, they have a break, on the assumption that stuff stops growing I suppose. Trouble is our garden needs a serious tidy up, so it'll be trips to the tip.

Windscreen being replaced as we speak, at least I get to work from home.

Things seem tough financially at the moment, we have more going out than coming in, which isn't a good place to be. I'm putting it down to an expensive month, with lots of car related expenses, but it doesn't seem to be slowing down and with Christmas round the corner too, I'm slightly concerned, may have to dip into savings which is a bit of a pain.
