    Time for my yearly report, 3 years as an MFW.


    Just done my calcs and knocked £14k off the mortgage and overall £28k better off, mainly thanks to a sharesave maturing.


    Really chuffed as this is £12k better than the year before.


    Time for a small celebratory short before bed. :beer:

    Hi SD just in the middle of the process with the solicitors, our buyers are being a pain wanting all sorts of documentation, so just wading through all of that at the moment, who knows when it will all happen.
