I'm having December off from overpaying - need to get my (financial) house in order and then have a good crack again next year.Start Date 16/09/2015

Great news about the reduction in interest. I love seeing the interest reduce and look forward to the day we become fully offset and pay no interest at all

Just wanted to pop by and say how much I've enjoyed reading your diary - which I've just done from start to finish on this wet New Year's Day. I hope your mojo returns so I can read some more:)
Having bought and sold many times in the last 25 years the one thing I have learned is to wait until I have an offer on my house before I start to look - it saves many a disappointment.
Good luck for 2014 - you're doing just grand:)

Thanks to you PFTP, I love it when someone reads my diary - glad it was enjoyable, I think that's good advice, but looking has helped us I think in terms of understanding what we want and don't want, but we've certainly slowed down the viewings.Start Date 16/09/2015

Time for my six monthly report, been posting for 18 months now.
Won't go into to too much detail, but I'm £5k better off than I was 6 months ago. My progress has slowed a little, I'm about £18k better off than I was when I started.
The aim for my yearly report in June should be to knock another 6k off.Start Date 16/09/2015

Pay day tomorrow and I need cash, have somehow slipped into overdraft, credit card bill has also gone up, so OPs are on a backburner until we get straight.
Work is busy, busy, busy but I'm enjoying it. Having a big sort out at home and in the middle of getting rid of a lot of paperwork. Can't wait for the weekend :jStart Date 16/09/2015
