QB Wolf's long and winding road

The mortgage company will give us the extra money (actually they'll lend us the money, would be nice if they'd give it us) for the new house.
That's great news. I can't give any advice regarding selling as we are in our first home and have no intention of moving, but I hope that you get a buyer soon so that you can move to the house that you like.0 -
Hi QBW, we recently took all our overpayments back to fund a house move and it is scary having a bigger mortgage again, but we have found it is worth it. We do all the scrimping and saving that we have learned over the past few years, but now have something really great to show for it instead of a home we were never that keen on. hope you get a buyer soon.
And i would not worry about taking kids to viewings - most people are just delighted to have a viewer that they don't care too much. I am sure your children are well behaved anyway .... mortgage 2 87,000 due 51,686.76 at july 2013, but then:new home and remortgage ... £101065.43:eek: now 74k

I'm not really sure, Mrs QBW has been dealing with them tbh. I'll have a chat with her later, we're under no illusions though it will be hard to sell.Start Date 16/09/2015

the right buyer will come along - after all, you bought it, so must have suited you at some time. Just need someone with the same mindset you had a few years ago.

What is so wrong with it? People buy houses on busy roads all the time.0

The thing is there will be a lot more house for the money than if it was in a quieter location. There is always a compromise. I have watched too much Phil and kirstie;)Jan 2013-£140,231.65
