I'm depressed (well down in the dumps) no one is interested in our house and they've accepted an offer on the house we liked. Stuck!!!

On a more positive note went to see Prince last night and it was absolutely fantastic, a bit of an indulgence but boy was it good.

Sorry to hear you are feeling down. Can't offer any advice I'm afraid, but hopefully you will be able to find another house. Are you able to use a different estate agents?

Hi QB, I think MMR biting is not helping people to sell at the moment, we have had a family members property lose its sale recently, I suspect to MMR criteria for the purchasers.

Where has the bank holiday gone? Not the best weekend really, although did make up for it today, swimming this morning, then out for lunch and a walk in the forest. At least it's a short week, must do my expenses tomorrow and claim some cash back.

Get my annual bonus in June, so am determined to get into the 160s!!!

Had a good day yesterday even though I'm under the weather, lots of illness around at work and I feel like I'm fighting it off, went to bed at 8 last night. I was up for work at 5:30 three times last week which doesn't help either.

Looking forward to a nice day today, weather looks good, so will head to the park this morning, lawn needs mowing too.

In terms of finances seem to have struggled all year to have any free cash to make any significant OPs, will get my bonus in June, a chunk will get my current account out of the red, just need to decide how to split the rest, I'm OPing a minimum of 500 though.

Hi QBW. Are you able to reduce your mortgage overpayments to get your current account back in the black and then start overpaying again when this account is out of the red?

Hi SD I'm only paying 25 a month OP at the mo' which is just a token gesture really, I'll be OK in 24 days once the bonus comes in will get me back in the black :j

Bought my wife's 30th birthday pressie today - a sapphire ring surrounded by diamonds, spent a bit more than I wanted but I think I got a good price.
