I would certainly contact a small claims court, as you have everything at hand...... plus make sure you print his email off, the one that states "unlucky about not receiving your money"

No, that is not what I meant.

My post was blatantly ignored because it didn't agree with what the OP wanted to hear. I shouldn't care really, it's not me that's £160 out of pocket but I was actually trying to help.

I'm intrigued to know how the seller can prove delivery if Parcel2Go isn't listed on PayPal's website as acceptable.

I'm not looking for the OP to click the thanks button.

My point is that if someone has taken time to reply to your post the least you can do is acknowledge it, instead of just totally ignoring it and only replying to those who obviously agreed with what you believed in the first place. Whether or not you agree is irrelevent. IMO it's just common courtesy

If someone needs help, I dont think we should respond just for the sake of having a "thank you strike".

We are here to help each other..... OP does not need this argyment, all the poor kid wants is advice.

I find it amusing that Razorbladekisses is upset that someone didn't click on the thanks button for her post, in other posts she expresses disdain for people who ask for feedback to be left for them in ebay, in both cases it is voluntary and if it is unacceptable to ask in eBay I cannot see why it is any more acceptable to ask here.

...which is actually what I was giving. I don't expect a special thank you because that's just stupid but it would be nice to know that you were acknowledged for taking time to respond.

And I am sure it is nice for people who sell on ebay to receive an acknowledgement from a buyer or seller that all is well with the transaction.

    The door swings both ways.

*SIGH* You obviously cannot read because if you had done so you would have read that I didn't expect or want the OP to click thanks. I couldn't care less about that.

Get your facts right before accusing me of asking to be thanked because that is totally untrue.

You are talking about two different things within this thread. keep the feedback issue to the other thread.

for an item over £150 you need proof of delivery, by a paypal approved delivery, and proof of receipt - the signature of the buyer...

if joe bloggs at the same address signed for it, it still wont count...

My apologies, I did misread it, you weren't upset at you not receiving thanks, but you were still upset at others not having a thank you for their posts and the rest of what I said stands.
