More than one person lives within 20 minutes' of Luton Airport and uses it regularly. Me, for instance. There is plenty of space for dropping-off close to the terminal and there is no need for the not-a-roundabout to be a problem. The sole reason that the not-a-roundabout is a problem is that the airport authorities, in their greed and arrogance, have deterred use of the designated drop-off zone by charging for it. If they didn't do so, no-one would be tempted to stop on the not-a-roundabout and there would be no need for the stupid scamera car.Je suis Charlie.0
