I'm so glad that your REN order has arrived! It looks like you did really well & ordered when it was still free P&P.
Very exciting ins! :j
2nd order wasn't free p&p and got different things starting to wish I'd got more cloths as well. Really looking forward to that coming loads of other REN stuff I want so may go on my birthday list.0 -

Todays question: What would you class your "style" as?
i live in jeans, tshirts and converse or ballet pumps at the weekend. i'm still yet to find my "work" style, mainly because i'm too skint to buy new things and i refuse to spend money on things if i know i am trying to loose weight.0 -
I really enjoy reading everyone's answers
I forgot to answer the "what do you do for a living"
I have 2 jobs (day job: shop manager, home business: artist management/PR), ideally though...I'd really love a job in the beauty industry (online marketing)

This might be info some might want to know as they are now selling their cavair duos on qvc
I had read this over on the Nail Polish Addiction thread. The ciate stand was not at the Trafford Centre on Sunday when we visited. I was secretly pleased though as I'm enjoying the Animalistic colour I have on them at the moment.OrganisingMyLife wrote: »Just recommissioned some Garnier Face wash in a green tube to clean the toilet bowl! :rotfl:
It has been sitting around gathering dust for years so there was no way it would have been UU otherwise! However I can now declare it a UU and the tube is in the recycling bag! Whoop! :j
That is above and beyond re: re-purposing. :rotfl:Thank you, SuiDreams and tokkiandoliver :A
It's lovely to be back and thinking about the challenge is a welcome distraction. I might still be a bit quiet this week, but I will be reading along
If anyone wants tips on how to do make up when you're tired and/or upset, here is a link to a video by the amazing Lisa Eldridge:

All of her tutorials are greatAlthough she has a list of the products that she uses in each video she usually encourages you to use what you already have
HAPPY SUNDAY, EVERYONE!
I'll be thinking of you too tomorrow Willowbee. Take care. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Todays question: What would you class your "style" as?
I like to think that my style would be yummy mummy in floaty dresses and always being immaculately turned out. Sadly the reality is more nicely fitted jeans and skinny top with either sandals or (for most of this year) DM boots
No ins outs or UU's though my BB spluttered earlier  but I think there's loads left in it.
My style is changing for the better now that I've lost some weight and I don't feel so frumpy in what I wear. Would love to change what I wear for work but the place itself doesn't lend itself to me wearing anything fabulous IYKWIM.Some INs courtesy of half-price offers in Superdrug and 2 samples:
VO5 Plump Me Up shampoo 500ml: I got the conditioner of this recently and really like it so I thought I'd get the shampoo while it's half price.
Batiste dark and deep brown
Superdrug Aqua hydrating day cream and Hydrating serum: wanted to try these so thought I'd pick them up now when they're half price.
Minis:
Olay Regenerist 3 point treatment cream 7ml.
Balance Me eye cream from Glamour: I was getting a magazine for a train journey anyway so thought I might as well get one with a freebie I wanted.
I aim to have UUed a shampoo and a body butter by the end of the month. :T Clean on Me is my target for the end of August!!
Thanks for the heads up on the V05 offer at Superdrug. Will pay them a visit on Saturday as Emma has managed to to through another bottle of it already.
No INs still for me although I was tempted on Sunday at the Trafford Centre when I had my brows waxed and tinted at the Benefit Brow Bar. Had fun playing with the testers whilst waiting for my appointment. Especially like the You Rebel that I tried on the back of my hand but alas I have the LE Sheer Skin Tint still on the go. Wore that yesterday for work and was glad to wash it off at the end of the day as it felt so cakey.
One Out but it doesn't really feel like it counts as it was used by the whole family - Palmolive hand wash. Has been replaced with LE handwash which is much nicer smelling.
Not sure if we will get to Cheshire Oaks this weekend - could be a blessing in disguise - as MrM bought a suit from the Trafford Centre. The reason for our visit was to buy this and also collect Emma's watch as it was back from Ice. However the shop (remember the SA was really rude and unhelpful when we took the watch to them?) have returned the watch to Ice yet again because they're not happy that now that the casing on the face has been replaced it does not match the strap. If it's back by Saturday we'll go. If not, we won't.
Have repainted my finger nails tonight and am wearing OPI Suzy Loves Sydney. Have been lusting over the new OPI Germany colours and there are three that I definitely want : the Berlin there done that colour, Every month is Oktoberfest and the one with Germanicure in the title. Will be waiting until I get back off hols though.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. UU - cucumber face scrub. WIBA? no, dont think so - it didnt feel very scrubby at all, its better with my pears and flannel frankly !!
Not a fan of the REN moisturiser smell, though it feels nicer than the Balance me one. Currently using body butter like mad on my sunburn to try and keep moisturised enough to just be brown now (finally lost my strap marks :j)
oh and some Outs and Ins - none that need me to go on the naughty step though, did a swap for perfume a gorgey nail varnish and hair oil (never tried this, thought Id give it a go!) and my outs are handcream, shower gel and I cant remember but im sure there were a couple of things in the box (do know that swappette is going to regret saying she needs handcream though) hope shes happy with them - I LOVE the varnish - expected it to be the lovely purple glittery - but its not - its clear with purple glitter in it - so its even nicer !!
as for style (whats that??!!) I have completely perfected the "dragged through a hedge backwards AND forwards" look... Im usually in jeans (black for work, blue or brown outside!) and t-shirt (has to be dark green at work) or vests/halterneck tops outside (hate my arms feeling restricted!!)
Im another ebay buyer - and I love Next as well. Joe Browns stuff I really like, but it never seems to fit to my liking (like to blame the clothes ratehr than my enormous hips and stomach) and Monsoon I get from ebay for a fraction (usually) of the usual price.
as for shoes - I am a HUGE fan of Irregular Choice shoes, I think because most of the time im in trainers or steel toe cap boots and IC shoes are so pretty !!Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -

Oh me TOO! I've been buying them for years, bought my first pair in 2004, way before they were popular. They were so much more reasonably priced then too - for £30 you could get a lovely pair instead of the £80 they sell for now. I can't afford them anymore, in fact I've started selling some of mine as I don't get to go out much.
Thanks for all the lovely responses earlier ladies, I forget sometimes how lucky I am to have my bouncy, sparky little girl!
I also didn't answer the question about what I do for a living - I can't say too much as afraid it will out me, but I work in higher education in a field that Mr Cameron constantly berates as being responsible for red-tape/the economic crisis and he would gladly see me out of a job! I enjoy my work though and am the opposite of what the public thinks.
Forgot to mention I'm going to a free Girls' night at my local L'Occitane tomorrow night, don't get to go to them much so very exciting, always lots of free goodies! And 10% off everything, will I be able to resist?
Edited to wish Willowbee good luck for tomorrow x"Why, this is hell, nor am I out of it."0
