Catriona - I'd rather have a little kiddo than be glam like your neighbour! I'm short too (like you, SuiDreams!) I've found eBay really good for clothes on a tiny budget. I stick to things that I'm pretty confident will be a good fit (Oasis and Miss Selfridge are really consistent for me, size wise.) I set up alerts so that I'm emailed about things as they pop up for sale. That way it's easier to be patient and hold on for the lowest price (it's surprising the number of times the same dress/whatever will come up for sale).

I hope that your sunburn isn't too bad. Xx

I buy a lot of my clothes from ebay too. I find things that I know no one else here will wear. I'm a big H+M fan though, in fact my entire outfit today is H+M!

Mine is probably just 'whatever'. Meaning whatever I can throw on at the last minute! :D My clothes have to be practical with my little 18 month old, and I don't get to go out in the evenings much these days. I'm slim (8-10) but short which isn't a good combination for clothes at the moment. Plus I'm skinter than a skint thing. :( Our horrible neighbour is a similar age to me but really glam (she gets dressed up to go to the shop), so I hate seeing her saunter past in the mornings all pristine in her expensive clothes & accessories, while I'm struggling out of the house looking like the crazy cat lady from the Simpsons with my mini-me clinging to my leg. :o

No UUs from me, enjoying the sun even if I did get a bit burnt yesterday (very pale & freckly skin not good in this weather!)

She may be "glam", but not necessarily happy and you have your darling little one who loves you unconditionally:A, try not to let it get you down, enjoy the moment, they grow up so dammed quickly, my bright, as a cheeky little button ,step GD is soon off to uni, you would not believe how quickly those 17 years have gone by.

Some INs courtesy of half-price offers in Superdrug and 2 samples:

VO5 Plump Me Up shampoo 500ml: I got the conditioner of this recently and really like it so I thought I'd get the shampoo while it's half price.
    Batiste dark and deep brown
Superdrug Aqua hydrating day cream and Hydrating serum: wanted to try these so thought I'd pick them up now when they're half price.

    Minis:

Olay Regenerist 3 point treatment cream 7ml.
Balance Me eye cream from Glamour: I was getting a magazine for a train journey anyway so thought I might as well get one with a freebie I wanted. :)

I aim to have UUed a shampoo and a body butter by the end of the month. :T Clean on Me is my target for the end of August!!

If any one is in London this Friday you might be able to book in for an amazing Harper's Bazaar/Liberty beauty event. It's £10, redeemable against purchase. I wish I could go! Here is the link:

  • I missed out on so much. Will catch up tonight (currently on bus )

My style ... Hmmm hard one
I wear tons of black but I am not a goth hehe
My fav designer is alexander wang and really love his minimal sporty luxe look. I love chunky 80's style gold necklaces, spiked and studded things, and not into anything girly like pink or floral pattern. I do however loves heels even tho I don't wear them much now

Home from work so glad to get out of that hot office, all washed cleaned and cleansed and in freshclothes, it feels so much better. My Ren order finally came so have lots of ins (hopefully 2nd order will come soon). I have also got one small UU

UU Elemis Pro-radiance Cream Cleanser 3ml - thanks to my sunswap buddy really liked it.

In's all free gifts with purchase of some new muslin cloths, which I needed and they are so soft and lovely, so spent £5.40 and got the following free.

Ren Frankincense Revitalising Night Cream 5ml
    Ren Hydra-Calm Cleansing Gel 5ml
    Ren Vital-Mineral Day Cream 5ml
Ren Invisible Pores Detox Mask 5ml
Ren Mayblossom T-Zone Cleansing Gel 25ml
Ren Omega 3 Night Repair Serum 15ml
Ren Frankincense Revitalising Night Cream 15ml
Ren Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask 15ml
Ren Jojoba Microbead Purifying Facial Polish 15ml
Ren Active 7 Radiant Eye Gel 3ml

Now just need to UU loads of stuff up in the next week so this month won't be such a massive fail.
