not much success at the coffee morning as only sold 4/12 flower arrangements:(pity I can't send them to you ladies over the internet:rotfl:sold a few plants so total amount £15!!!!less candles and other bits for flowers and pots....er actually not worth it at all!(not to mention time spent doing them)did alos spend money on a plant, bread, coffee and a sweet little silver/amythest(? spelling) necklace for £2 reduced on the traidcraft stall.
DH got home at 10 last night(tired of course) then gone off again today,he did say he would pop in for coffee if he had time(he didn't of clourse:()talk about ships that pass in the night!
think I am cracking up,i bought myself a small steak as a treat for supper last night then forgot it and cooked frozen scampi instead:rotfl:...will have today with a (large) glass of red!0 -
The bag I made up for my friends DD has left the building (last night actually) my friend was really happy with it and i think her and her DD are going to share the things out (about 20 items in total) so a bit of fun for them both.
I also have a uu, Palmolive Sensitive bar soap, this was nearly done then with the help of DS it fell into three bits this morning so have given up with it and replaced it with a Yardley English Daisy bar soap which is lovely and lathery and smells fab. I got 3 of these in a set on ebay a few months ago, they came with a full size edt, body lotion, shower gel and hand cream for £11.50 including postage. I was very pleased.
Still no unnecessary spend as yet.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Seven INs - three REN miniatures from Red and four Balance Me minis from Glamour. Will put them in my holiday bag!
I still like Soap & Glory too - though I haven't overloaded as much as some people! I have a few in the stash but alternate with other products.Sealed Pot Challenge Number 1225

Did look at the magazines when I popped into Sainsburys for a couple of bits and nearly came away with a Glamour for the eye cream. Decided not to get it, then thought I'll text hubby and see if he minds me getting it, then decided not to bother. Might mention it in passing to him tonight and if he really doesn't mind me getting it I know he'll say to me "you should have got it" and I can then pick one up over the weekend. Didn't feel tempted by any of the other products as I know I won't be able to afford them at full price and the eye cream I just saw as getting a cheap eye cream and don't have any more eye creams in the stash.Did owe £9,951.96
Now helping hubby pay off loan. Finally paid off :j

I looked at Red magazine today and turned away. Wow, this is a FIRST for me! Not saying I shall resist for ever but for the time being I have exercised my restraint muscle and it worked! Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0

I was in Asda today (reading a magazine I had an article in
) and looked at Red and Glamour but walked away without buying them.
Actually it reminded me I took out the Glamour subscription last month, got the first issue but then received a letter saying the direct debit didn't work  which it has as the money has left my account. Will need to phone them tomorrow as when I got back tonight it was too late to phone.Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
Hi Ladies,
3 more IN to report today - got the balance Me freebies with Glamour, could have had the full set but didn't bother with the lip salve as doubt I'd use it, would must likely just lose it or it'd lie forgotten in the bottom of a handbag... Going to be spoilt for choice with minis to take on hols at this rate :j
I've had quite a few IN already this month but not feeling too guilty as they've all been either free or really cheap and they'll all come in for my hols. Planning on only buying anything I do need before we go with AP, except maybe sun tan lotion/after sun as I don't think anywhere is as near as cheap for those around here than HB.
Going to get myself ready for my gym induction, dreading weighing bitI know what I am but I like to keep that to myself :rotfl:

Dreadful day at work no access to email or network, as bt fibre optic cables had been vandalised. It managed to come up with a solution half way through the day but it was so slow and i kept getting disconnected. Probably won't be any better tomorrow, as major damage and bt need to replace all the cables loads of other companies in the area affected as well. Not looking forward to going in tomorrow.
No UU or purchases today.
Sorry for the rant just a bit fed up.0
