Being GSR RGI doesnt mean you are NOT a cowboy!

But to the original problem, if its that bad, and it sounds like it is, call in GAS SAFE to do an inspection!

It could get pretty legalised if it is very bad, but if you want it right then have the installer taken to task through the proper channels!

    Thanks everyone

What concerns me is the weird colour the pipes have gone! They look they are going rusty or whatever happens to copper. Feels all pitted too. I will link to a picture

Flux induced corrosion on the pipe. Not good...sloppy job.
Ask to see CIPHE (Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineering)

i always tell the customer if i plan on running the gas pipe outside thats only polite, how do you know there would have alternatives thats a stupid thing to say, what if the floor was solid with brand new carpet & the upstairs had a tiled floor in the bathroom with the joists running the wrong way that you needed to get through, gas pipe outside = cheaper gas what on earth are you talking about. :rotfl:

What am i talking about..? ROTFL I suspect i have forgotten more than you know about Gas Engineering..
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
