But to the original problem, if its that bad, and it sounds like it is, call in GAS SAFE to do an inspection!
It could get pretty legalised if it is very bad, but if you want it right then have the installer taken to task through the proper channels!Signature removed0 -

What concerns me is the weird colour the pipes have gone! They look they are going rusty or whatever happens to copper. Feels all pitted too. I will link to a picture0 -
