Calm down, it's only a mobile phone. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
It's for the many and not the few. Be sure it's out there looking for you.
In every town, in every state. In every house and every gate.
Wth every precious smile you make. And every act of kindness.

Either, somebody has got it wrong at Three's end, or the OP has. Perhaps I'm just a little jaundiced in my view.
I've just come from another board where posters of long standing, who should know better (or do they themselves know better, indeed? It is a money saving site after all and if it's open to a bit of self promotion, then so be it) are posting their own affiliate links.
So, I sincerely do hope it comes off for you, but it's either a mistake by Three, or I'm wondering if there's an element of porkies attached to the OP and if 'trolling' for thanks, might be going on.
As I say perhaps I'm a bit jaundiced, so to take it at face value and to be fair to the OP. They aren't very active, nor new so why would they suddenly, as they say, start 'trolling' for thanks.
However, it's common knowledge that Three are as stingy as hell on Retention deals. I've been with 'em three years and the best 'unprompted' by me deal he, or his manager could come up with was one that was staring me in the face for any new customer, when I went to look. You're not even looking at the Sammy Ace for 15 per month on a 24 m deal and that's a tidy little phone, in itself. Low end, as it may be.
I doubt it's ever going to happen but if it does come through the post to you and your price plan is as they say it would be, then good luck to you. Best deal in the UK I'd say.
The SII is still 27 quid a month, as it is. So, sorry mate, I'm a doubting Thomas on 15 per month for an SIII.
CPW are currently offering this phone for free with 250 mins/5000 texts and 500mb data for £7.50/mth on a 24 month contract!0 -
Hmm, this may be down to a poorly trained operator, who doesn't know the difference between two 'I's and three.
Will be interesting to see what they do.0 -
Am I the only one on the edge of my seat?:rotfl:
OP, when your phone arrives PLEASE tell us whether it is the SIII or not, and the same when you get your first monthly bill.I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say.0 -
He has already said the phone arrived and it was not a S111.;)
ooops sorry. I must keep up. It's having to actually WORK that interferes with my enjoyment of these forums ..I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say.0 -
Sounds like the call handler you spoke to David may have been working his last shift and wanted to go out with a bang.
About six years ago I took technical support calls for Telewest Broadband (Now Virgin Media) - on occasion you'd get someone calling up saying their cable broadband had stopped working. Some light investigation would be that the previous caller fed them some nonsense to cause some problems later - more often than not it was that persons last shift. This happened frequently due to the high turnover of the call center.
Sometimes it did have some humor to it, example "Yes, the last person said I'd get a year free service and to cancel the direct debit" ... not a nice job telling them that it wasn't going to work that way!
The other favourite call from an angry customer would be when they'd come on the phone after just being asked by the last caller to disconnect their telephone line. As cable broadband doesn't use the telephone line - it was only ever going to go one way!0 -
definitely get them to listen to the call theyve clearly stated a s3 as like u say the 2 desnt come in blueWhat goes around-comes around0

Be prepared for them to suddenly not be able to find the phone call. Thats what happened when I asked for the written transcripts when they did similar to me a few years back.
Report them to trading standards and consumer direct, go as far as you can! I hope you get somewhere with this.0
