Yes I do HAW. I really need shouting at LOL!!!
Yes apparently you do!! Repeat after me: "Today WILL be a NSD. Today WILL be a NSD. Today WILL be a NSD"please-let-me-be-lucky wrote: »Such a lovely cheery update HAW! Sounds like you had a fab weekend, I'm so pleased XxThanks PLMBL. Nice to be able to write a cheery update!
:rotfl: Hope things with you are ok. I'll skoot over to your diary in a sec...
Have managed 7 NSDs this month so far which I'm really pleased about. But yet I've found money/budget has been tight - and there's still over a week to go til payday!!
So! Just scrutinised my bank statement there to see where the extra money has been going this month:
-Loads of grocery shopping but that's normal
-Day trip to Belfast so train/breakfast/lunch/coffee/jumper spends
-Me and OH topped up our electric by 3 times our normal amount just so we could get £4 free electric!
-Have been out for dinner once (so far!)
-Booked flights to Glasgow
-Got my first glasses in Specsavers
-Bought 1 more item of clothing (£12 well spent on a bodywarmer as it's never been off me!)
-Bought 3 items on ebay - wants not needs unfortunatelyGotta knock this one on the head (and try to forget about the gorg handbag I'm watching!!)
-Will be paying for dinner out on Sunday for me and OH and the 3 girls
-Me and OH away for a night next week but he said he's paying for the hotel/fuel/drinks etc:D
So yeah, a bit more spent this month than usual, but at least I can see where it's going! Hate it when the money goes and it can't be accounted for!:(

Hmmmm have lost weight again...
Most people would say that's a good thing, but not when OH keeps yapping on that I'm too skinny
:(
(Used one of those machines in the chemist so no idea how accurate it actually is!!)
The BMI figure makes sense. Body fat index I think I understand. But what's 'fat mass' and 'free fat mass'??
Still trying to decide on my second pair of glasses. Think I'll have to drag OH with me on Saturday for a second opinion!!He'll love that! Not!!
Managed a NSD today :j:j
Got £ changed to € for next week! Not long to go now!! So excited:D
Zumba later
Hope everyone is well! And thanks for stopping by and taking the time to readWealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
Oooh I haven't been on my diary in a week!! Let's see what I've been up to since...
Got paid a day early coz of the hols!! :j
Zumba - have bought a concession card for 10 sessions so saving myself £1 per class/£10 overall
Stayed at the Redcastle Hotel with OH on Tuesday night. Had the best nights craicA wee night away was just what me and OH needed, as things have been rather intense with the girls recently. Things hopefully will settle down soon and we can move on with no more drama for a while
Seeing as OH had paid for the hotel stuffs, I got us lunch and coffee on the way down.
Also treated myself to a pair of jeans from River Island (kinda like these but khaki and down to £20, and one of those floaty kinda see-through black blouses from Primark which was down to £5!!
We were really good at the hotel and went to the gym before dinner on Tuesday, and after breakfast on Wednesday! Impressive, huh?!Still a bit sore coz I'm used doing my DVDs rather than weights/running, but well pleased with myself
Specsavers: long story very short:
I got my 1st pair of glasses in Belfast, but after a few uses I wasn't convinced the prescription was correct for the left eye. Took the glasses back to Coleraine to get them checked and lo and behold, they were wrong!:eek: The staff were really good and got them sorted for me within half an hour.
That weekend I got sent a customer satisfaction survey, so overall Belfast ended up withinstead of
The branch manager called me up to discuss what happened... and refunded me my glasses!!
:D (plus I was still entitled to my free pair!!;))
All sorted now anyway so I can actually see what I'm watching on TV now! Woohooo!!! :rotfl:
Zumba tonight then house to myself for a couple of hours as everyone else is away out!!
Tomorrow I'm having a wee girlie night with a friend - chinese and DVD me thinks!!
No other plans as yet for the Easter holidays. Off Mon and Tues so hopefully we'll get something in there for us all
Hope everyone is doing ok!Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
Great news on free glasses
but  that they got it wrong in the first place!
House to yourself, wow that sounds fab! I'd love that (never gonna happen!). Have a lovely night tonight, tomorrow and a Happy Easter XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I know!! Big time  First time I've ever worn glasses so a few people had said it'd take time for my eyes to adjust! But I just couldn't settle coz my right eye seemed fine and it was just the left eye didn't seem right (btw, they'd measured my eyes at the right prescription but the lab made the glasses up the wrong prescription!!)
Could've been waaaaay more serious if anything had happened me when driving or if I hadn't bothered getting them checked!
Moral of the story... I shouldn't have gone to Specavers :rotfl::rotfl:
Typical, isn't it?! Two 'free' nights in one week and I haven't had one in months!!
Thanks PLMBLHope things settle at home for you now after the last few days. You could do with a wee break! Wanna join me tomorrow night?!
