Good news: got my refund through from New Look so money transferred straight back in to my bank account. Actually, it replaces the money I spent on ebay yesterday (plus an extra couple of pounds!) so quids up :D

Hello everyone :wave: Hope you all had a good weekend!

Was great having the long weekend I have to admit! Wee short week at work. Off a couple days next week so short week again. Then the following week is Easter to another long weekend and a short week at work! I could get used to this... :rotfl:

Had a really good weekend OH treated me to lunch at our fav cafe on Saturday. Was nice to be back again just ourselves (girls have been with us the last few times). Things with me and OH have been really good recently. I think with having had a few 'talks' over the last couple of weeks has helped immensely.

Made chocolate brownies with OH DD3 on Saturday - was good fun!! (and they tasted yum!!) Yes we cheated and had bought a packet mix where all we had to do was add water, but that's not the point. A bit of bonding/girlie time between us which I think was more her idea than the actual cooking part (according to OH anyway!!)

Few drinks Sat night but thankfully no hangover on Sunday! Took SILs dog a looooooong walk which was good fun! Pretty chilled out rest of weekend after that

Did lots of grocery shopping over the weekend but loads of bargains too which was perfect!

Have booked flights to go visit my friend in Glasgow at the end of April! Can't wait! Last time I was over with her was Oct 2011, and she was over here at her mums Christmas past. Used to visit 2-3 times a year, but I was single then! She's also now got 2 DDs so we've both got very busy lives. But she's one in a million - we just pick up the conversation where we left off the last time

Got my 3 ebay orders delivered so well pleased with those purchases

Sold 1 item on ebay which is kinda pathetic but still better than nothing!

Hoping to get min 2 NSDs this week so fingers (and legs!) crossed everyone!! :D

Yes talking really does make all the difference! I've learning to stand up for myself and say what is on my mind, rather than bottling things up Have to say I've noticed an improvement in my confidence too!
(actually, was chatting to a friend at work and she can see a difference in me just in the last few weeks!!)
