Hello! Happy Monday
Ohh that is lovely - It is nice to spoil them! Especially when they are good to usThe best way to a mans heart is apparently through his stomach!
Dinners were GOOD. Was out Sat night though and saw a picture of me with my mates and I look "chunky and pale". So being good today, even though i was going to wait until move into new flat, the photo was inspiring! Also i some serious need of fake tan...or some sunshine. I am NOT a naturally pale person so i just looked washed out! Ha! God it's awful, I'm keeping it on my phone as inspiration!
6 miles is AWESOME! I done nothingBut going to try 5 miles tonight! x

I have walked so much the past couple of days in poland I feel so achey! I would love to do these 6 mile walks every weekend to keep me fit! Need to find a walking partner I think, or just force one of my friends to come with me
The ginger pork and dauphinoise potatoes sounds delish! Might have to attempt this!!!
And BadWeather, I am exactly the same as you, always look at the bad pictures for motivation..it helps haha!

So they tell me! And big bonus is that he's a fab cook tooWe love cooking together. Although I think he's that used being on his own and catering for the girls for so long that I end up getting in the way!

Oh I'm as pale as anything! But I won't and don't wear foundation. I just slap a bit of fake tan on my face every 2-3 days. Does the job for me

Oh you sooooo should! I can send the recipe if you want. Both really easy to make
This week has been pretty good. I've kept spending to a minimum but haven't really managed as many NSDs as I would've wantedStill time to hit target before the end of the month so fingers crossed!!
Zumba tonight!! :j:j
Got my new FlexDirect account details and figured I'd stick in any 'extra' money I had to start getting interest asap. Great idea?? Well, so I thought!! I do all my banking online which is no problem at all. BUT! I didn't realise until after I'd transferred the money in that I need the card reader to be able to set up a transfer back out of the account again! Which I haven't received yet. Plus I haven't received my PIN number either! So I guess that's one way of not spending for a while :rotfl::rotfl:
Two of the girls having a sleepover tomorrow night so it'll be a full (and very noisy!!) house!
Saturday evening my cousin is having a BBQ for her 50th birthday, so will be heading to the farm for a couple of hours for that. Afterwards me and OH going to the cinema to see Oblivion with our FREE cinema tickets that we still haven't used!!Can't wait!!
Hope everyone is having a great weekWealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -

Recipe sent - let me know how you get on!!
YES you must do some walking! I'll be pounding the road at 9am on Sunday morning again. This time going for the full 9 miles  Looking forward to it though! Get out there!!
Thinking we may go to the cinema tonight instead. It would let the girls have some 'girlie' time on their own, plus it'll give me and OH some much-needed time away from the girls(in the nicest possible way obviously!!)
Emotions and tempers were running seriously high last nightI was mentally exhausted by the time I got to bed. I said to OH that I didn't know if I was strong enough for all of this...
:( I love the girls to pieces don't get me wrong, but it is really hard work sometimes!
There's a lot going on (and has gone on in the past) in their heads, and it affects them every day. Which then has a knock on effect on everyone else!
Basically said to OH that everyone was going through their own personal stuff at the minute, and everyone seems to be stressed to the hilt. I think we could all do with being a bit more understanding and patient with each other, me and him included.
One day at a time though, right? We'll get there!!
Enjoy your weekend everyoneWealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
HAW, we're still walking although the lbs are taking some shifting! How are you?CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0

Hello again unixgirluk
I'm good thank you! Had a really hectic weekend and suffering for it today. Soooo tired
So long as the lbs are either staying the same or disappearing even a little, then that's progress. It's only when they're on the up that you've need to worry!! Keep up the walking - it's really good for you, plus the fresh air is great!!
Friday night me and OH went to see Oblivion - brilliant film!
Saturday we hopped on the bike and headed to Donegal via the crossing at Magilligan/Greencastle. Stopped off for Subway and coffee's just.
BBQ Saturday night went really well and I ate like a horse as usual!!(cycled to and from my bro's house too (2 miles) as he was giving me a lift to the BBQ)
Sunday morning me and OH hopped back on the bike to the Port for a coffee.
And in the afternoon I walked 9.3 miles in 2 hours and 15 mins!!! Feet felt raw when I was done but I felt so good about myself!!Only 2 weeks until the Belfast Marathon! Happy enough that we'll manage our 9 miles in good time again though!
Spend! Spend! Spend! all weekend unfortunatelyNEED to get NSDs this week!!!!
Monday again already. Def struggling today coz of being so tired. Really have to try for an early night...
Hope everyone has had a good weekend! Happy Monday!Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -

Roll on Friday 5.30pm please
Was a very tough day yesterday, and that was only trying to keep my eyes open
:rotfl:
How's you
Washing machine packed inNine months after it started tripping the switch so not totally unexpected I guess. OH has had the machine for over six years. Minimum one load per day. Often two. It has served him well I think!! Just means we're forking out for a new one now
Four more sleeps til I'm away off to Glasgow!! :j:j Really can't wait to see my friend and her family:D Her youngest has only just started walking so I've timed it well!
Hoping minimum spends when I'm away seeing as I'll be staying at my friends house, but it is a holiday after all so won't begrudge myself!!
