Can somebody PLEASE tell Guy Anker that Ulster Bank does not have 1.9 Million customers, that's the population of Northern Ireland. Ulster Bank is beleived to have approx 400,000 customers across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

...although many MSE-ers joined Ulster Bank a couple of years ago, to take advantage of their good savings rates. If you lived in England, that was OK, you were given Belfast City as your branch, but could access the account online.

From the Ulster Bank website: "Ulster Bank provides a comprehensive range of financial services across the Island of Ireland. It serves the needs of its 1.9 million personal and business customers through a network of 236 branches and has a business banking presence in every county."

Can anyone say for certain if your credit file is harmed because of this will the bank fix it or leave it to the customer to sort it out??
Lately Nat west have done nothing but rile their customers. Just look at the debit card swindle they pulled off not long ago!.

    Customer Information

We expect that next week (commencing 9 July) will be the final week of any significant delays for Ulster Bank customers. There will be gradual, but significant and noticeable improvements throughout the remainder of this week and next.

Our Internet Banking and Smart Phone Apps are available to allow you to view your accounts, make transfers and pay bills. Please note you will only be able to make transfers and pay bills up to the stated balance which may not be up to date. As we update our systems there may be times when the service is temporarily unavailable, if this happens please try again later.

We know this continued disruption is unacceptable and we are doing all we can to help. We will continue to provide updates on our progress, for the latest information please visit Help

Please remember, we will never contact you and ask you to provide your full PIN and Password. If you are ever asked for these details, please contact us.

    Thank you for your patience.

Both my son and daughter bank with Ulster Bank, this morning they were told that they had no money in their account as they had overdrawn, they both have a normal account with no overdraft facilities so how can they both be overdrawn by over £100.00 each.
After all that's what the computer system tells the bank staff so i guess the computer must be right. Or is it? :money:
