Can somebody PLEASE tell Guy Anker that Ulster Bank does not have 1.9 Million customers, that's the population of Northern Ireland. Ulster Bank is beleived to have approx 400,000 customers across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
...although many MSE-ers joined Ulster Bank a couple of years ago, to take advantage of their good savings rates. If you lived in England, that was OK, you were given Belfast City as your branch, but could access the account online.0 -

Both my son and daughter bank with Ulster Bank, this morning they were told that they had no money in their account as they had overdrawn, they both have a normal account with no overdraft facilities so how can they both be overdrawn by over £100.00 each.
After all that's what the computer system tells the bank staff so i guess the computer must be right. Or is it? :money:0
