Ulster/RBS Bank problems

And they advisors are next to bloody useless. The boss or Ulsterbank wouldn't give a definite answer on the news as to when exactly this is gonna be sorted.
You are so right-I just get told to visit a branch-which I can't!!
I have been with them since I left school some 30 years ago ,time to go elsewhere as I feel they are just treating their customers with distain.I know the local staff are trying their best under very difficult circumstances but the ones making the decisions just don't seem to get the impact on peoples lives at all.0 -
I was watching Question Time earlier tonight and this issue was totally ignored.0

Now this from the bank that has decimated it's branch network with more closures to come after rebranding to Danske Bank! http://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/business/business-news/northern-bank-tries-to-cash-in-rbs-chaos-with-ad-campaign-16178557.html0

The Northern Bank closed our local Bank, which was well used and convenient. It moved the accounts to a branch about 6 miles away in a place where you need to pay to park. Barclay's have a Bank Manager who works part time. Ulster Bank keep moving their Business liaison (or whatever he is now called) manager from one place to another. Not a bad fellow, but how can he seem credible? I expect him to be given the broom cupboard next time I see him. It is not a proper service for customers and not right for their staff either.
The service offered by many of these banks suggests little regard for local customers, and building local bases. Internet Banking isn't everything and many, particularly the elderly, and cranks like me who consider it potentially insecure, don't like using it. More fundamentally what was wrong with the idea of local banks and managers who knew their customers?[STRIKE]Less is more.[/STRIKE] No less is Less.0 -
And the irony is Danske Bank are going to target Ulster Bank customers to switch to them!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0
