They were not hacked, this is the result of bad management, cost cutting and outsourcing gone wrong.

Funny how this story is fast becoming today's chip wrappings, with the Queen's visit and the floods taking centre stage!

One of the Stormont Buildings, Dundonald House, is under 6 ft of water and has lost all electricity!

There's far better banks out there.
Theres' far far better online banking systems out there.
If you are lucky enough to still have the option to move bank away from the Ulster Bank, it is no one's fault but yourself, if you stay with them.

This thing will be held but for decades as how not to do banking with a computer.

It's like that old b&w footage of the wobbily bridge in america that fnally collapsed.

People will be laughing at their stupidity for many many years.

Is there a reason why the likes of the Northern or First Trust don't let you apply for accounts online?

My on line account has been frozen in time for 10 days now.
Pay day (in theory) tomorrow and while I have kept track of where it should be ,I am working away from home and can't get to a branch to pay my usual online bills. I was trying to stay calm but getting stressed now......

And they advisors are next to bloody useless. The boss or Ulsterbank wouldn't give a definite answer on the news as to when exactly this is gonna be sorted.
