The Anytime Banking helpline is 08457424365.

I was in the Bangor Branch earlier and getting cash was fairly straightforward. I was informed by the member of staff that all my direct debits would be paid tomorrow, even though the accounts are not up to date.

By the way Anytime Banking is unavailable at the minute.

Ulster Bank are still only updated to the 25th June. Their website says they won't be up to date tomorrow, but don't state when they hope to have caught up.

a few days ago the bank said something about the next Monday... but yesterday they stated that no one knows when everything will return to normality ... what i dont understand is that on the website of ulster bank already showed up message-,,42 of our branches will have extended opening hours from 9:30am to 7pm until Friday 6 July''. So i dont expected any payments at least until the next Saturday.

Unfortunately, the bank says nothing ...

It's very suspicious that they can fix 2 bigger banks in a week at the same time, but the smaller (loss making bank) is out of action for 2 weeks and counting...

And it took over a week for the Consumer Council to query this!!

Ulster Bank staff are on overtime all next week so no early resolution for us. Accounts are only updated to 25th June so far.

I'm with Ulster Bank, for some reason my account is only updated until the 19th of June, there were transactions up until the 23rd but they disappeared yesterday. However the iPhone app seems to be a little more up to date. I've seen my balance vary up and down by up to £150 over the last few days and apart from my salary (which isn't reflected), nothing has gone in or come out (I know exactly when my bills come in and I have only one source of income), so I have no idea what is going on.

I notice their website says there will be extended opening hours until this Friday, so they must be fairly confident it will continue into the middle of next week.

My bills come out on the 8th, I really hope it is resolved by then.

I too am with Ulsterbank, having held accounts with them for the last eleven years. Checking my account today my wages have failed to find their way into it, and are overdue now by around three-four days.

DDebits and other standing orders are due out both tomorrow and tuesday, so heres hoping they leave with no interruptions.

This service is unacceptable from a Bank who are not too slow in punishing their customers for having insufficient funds/ being a couple of pounds overdrawn, or removing a prearranged overdraft limit and then returning DD's that would have otherwise been payed.

Surely loyalty is something that is earned these days, and it is something that Ulsterbank have in my opinion exhausted over the past few years. I used to be of the opinion that Ulster Bank offered by far one of the best Accounts available, but as of today I have decided the final nail is in the coffin and my accounts will be closed now without hesitation.

I think we should start a new thread titled 'Who has had enough of Ulster Bank?' for anyone, like me, to show they have had their fill of Ulsterbanks behaviour, so we can post a link to the UB management team to perhaps shake them into taking action!

Would you buy your bread from a Bakery that couldn't make dough? Would you get milk from the dairy that couldn't refrigerate their milk?

Why then would we all keep our money in a bank that has shown that it can't manage / allow us access or even show us our money???:(

Bank of Ireland gave me £100 to switch to them, and had me up and running, cards pin etc in 5 days.

On Friday, Ulster Bank said it had handled 70,000 calls in the past week.

Personally, and I'm sure I'm not alone here,I dont give a flying f*** how many calls the Ulster Bank has handled in the past week!! THATS not important!..Getting it fixed is....
Sounds like Ulster Bank blowing hot air up the customers bums to try to get us feeling good about them again...

For anyone worried about direct debits leaving your account - my airtricity bill was due to be paid by direct debit on 29th June. The payment isn't showing on my account but when I login to airtricity's website I can see they received the payment on time. So it looks like direct debits are still being paid.
