JSA not been paid

I called DLA today & she just kept saying they use BACS, I kept saying yes I know but which bank does the payment come from & on & on

Lady @ Natwest seemed to think it'd be all sorted by tomorrow & it'll be in as normal, we shall see

DWP payments come from santander before that it was alliance and leicester and before that girobank

Had a HB payment due in Mon 25th June which didn't happen. I bank with RBS (in process of switching to Santander who has bought RBS out) My HB comes from Havering Council but I don't know who they bank with/where my HB payment comes from. Thought the Natwest/RBS problem was sorted by now and my rent goes out on the 28th so am a bit worried. Anyone know anything?

My Sons DLA arrived fine this morning, I am not with Natwest.
