Im with natwest and my wtc and ctc not in eithert
  • Hi, I've just logged on to Natwest banking as my wages are due to go in to today as they have done to my Natwest account for the last 12 years on the 21st and nothing ! Thankfully the direct debits I have that go out today haven't been taken either. My wife works for DWP and mentioned that they were advised yesterday of problems confined to Natwest's systems and which were impacting JSA payments etc.. So - looks for sure to be a Natwest problem and not just impacting benefit payments.. Oh, it's now 08.02 and still no dosh so their assurances all should be well by 08.00 are not holding up !
  • I just read on another thread that someone was told to call back in 3-4 hours :o! I hope it doesn't take that long.

I've just logged in and payment still not there.

People in Northern Ireland are experiencing problems with their banking too. Ulster bank systems have been down since yesterday and account balances have not been updated.

Benefits have not gone into accounts.

My tax credits have not gone in and money that my Husband lodged into his own account yesterday are not showing up.

It seem that Natwest is linked to Ulster bank and also RBS so the problem with missing payments is wide spread.

    Hi Adam.

Have you called the bank ? Did they give you any indication of when this problem will be sorted?

My Husband has a direct debit due out of his account today and even though he paid money in yesterday to cover it , the amount isnt showing up in his account!

I certainly wont be paying any charges which result from this as I know the money is in his account to pay the DD.
