    Hi Adam.

Have you called the bank ? Did they give you any indication of when this problem will be sorted?

My Husband has a direct debit due out of his account today and even though he paid money in yesterday to cover it , the amount isnt showing up in his account!

I certainly wont be paying any charges which result from this as I know the money is in his account to pay the DD.

i have been on hold for 32min so far..

    i'll update once spoken
  • I am in the same position too, not had CTC go into my Natwest account, came across this forum so its easy to see Natwest must be experiencing a lot of problems the last couple of days, lets hope they get it sorted for us all soon :)

    ok finaly spoken to Natwest...

they have advised it's a national problem and no-ones payments have gone in, they can not check monies due in or out either!

they have appologised and advised NO credits will be added to any direct debits! they hope to have this resolved within the next hour but advised to call back in 2 hours if still not updated!

    hope this helps guys/girls

    Thanks

Has anyone tried adding money to their natwest account from another account? Or is it a case of no credits at all will be made to accounts till the problem is fixed? x

Ok thanks, was gonna ask someone to pop £10 in my bank while it's sorted as I need to be somewhere at lunch time but if it's not going to show then there's no point.

Hope they hurry up, had a right panic this morning when I saw the money hadn't gone in as we budget really tightly around it as it is lol x
