Feel a bit better today after a good night's sleep. Just popping on quickly at work
WI - STS and measurements too are STS
Wore my nice dress and bright cardi today to cheer me up, made some plans for the weekend to to stop me sat in dwelling on things too much and to take advantage of the fine weather.
Tonight will be some cleaning to catch up and not have to do it all this weekend, pop some washing on overnight ready to hang out first thing and maybe do RI30 or take the dog on a longer walk - depends on what time I get infinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Pod - congratulations! Your hard work has paid off! Well done!
LL - hope things start to look up for you soon - you sound uncharacteristically down. I have no words of wisdom but prescribe a nice cup of tea or glass of wine, a small bar of choccy, a sit down and a rest. xx
I am officially pooped! Forgot how kn*ckering teaching is ! Good job there's only one more day to the weekend.
I love my job though so I suppose its all worthwhile (the aching feet, no breaks at all (there's always something/someone to sort out at lunchtime), and constant nagging):).
Need something yummy for tea to keep me going - I want that mythical meal of low cal massive portion comfort food that cooks itself:rotfl:0 -

No it's not like me is it. I'm usually a bit of a human dynamo.
Get this - today I cancelled my GP appt - why - I'm just too tired and I couldn't face the drive through the tea time traffic. Nuts I know.
Anyway - I feel much brighter now. I have a nice bright pillar-box red shiny glossy front door. It looks fab. Might treat myself to a new letter box and door furniture to set it off. Just the garage door now although ideally I could do with a new one because it's warped and doesn't fit very well. Just going to give it a lick of paint for now.
The only problem is I've been using oil-based paint for the exterior work and it really doesn't suit me - feel rather queasy. I might get DS2 to paint said garage door for me.

Hi everyone,
yesterday I wrote a long post and then deleted it as I read it back to myself and decided it was just too negative! My mood is still a bit up and down at the moment and I do think it is mainly down to the 5:2 diet. I'm pleased with myself for sticking to it but once my 5 weeks that I'd decided to try it for are up (if it is still affecting my mood) then I may have a rethink. I want to be happy! Yes I want to lose weight and it might prevent me getting various diseases but I don't want to be miserable. I haven't really been eating all that healthily on my 'normal' calorie days so I'm going to try a bit harder to make sure I'm getting my five a day etc...
I'm ashamed to admit it but I haven't really made a lot of progress with most of my initial targets! It's scaring me how little time there is until the Autumn Equinox!
I'm pleased with a few small changes I've made but I have a long way to go before I can feel truly fabulous!
It sounds like I'm not the only one who has been a bit up and down in mood lately. I hope everyone is feeling a bit brighter.
Well done on the contract on your x-mas story PP! :TJanuary 2016:

WW, well done on your run!
Pod, well done on your story.
Sorry to hear about those who are struggling atm, I fit into this category rather than the success stories at the moment.
(I fell off the diet wagon and have put half the weight I lost back on, my back really hurts, am eating really badly and am exhausted)
For the strugglers:
Tomorrow's another day, so let's all have a relaxing evening with some nice food, a small treat and a nice tea/wine as WW suggested, not beat ourselves up over it, and start again tomorrow rested and relaxed!0 -

Feel much better after a nice long dog walk and then on the way home 'banish fat boost metabolism' popped into my head. Came home and did it. After 50mins of cardio melted away and banished all those negative thoughts with all that kickboxing. Nice one!
Thank goodness its Friday tomorrow and the working week is done. Busy day tomorrow after work taking laptop in to assess for repairs and cost, food shopping, collect sale order and see if they fit and if not will return on Sunday
Then Sat its off to visit mum to cheer me up anx Sunday is a bike ride, gardening tidy up, finish cleaning, long dog walks and maube a walk up into town if needed.
That should be quite enough to keep me busy and active along with continuing Ripped in 30!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Pod - well done, great news
I've let things slip with everything going on since July but want to get back on track so my goals are:
- run!
- organise wardrobe
- start decluttering
I'm hoping to move home next year so need a plan and for now that starts with having to declutter the house. I don't want to have to pay to ship it if we don't need it. It will be hard as I attach sentimental value to a lot of things!
I started C25K at the same time as WW and the difference between our progress is huge! I have restarted today at week 2 but am not giving up!0 -
Hello all, Rant alert!! well after 4 months thought i'd better get my hair cut & highlighted after the last time messed up colour & had to go back. So tried a new salon, colour ok but messed up cut, yes i have long hair but dont want short layers. Then said they were closing at 7 (said 8 on website/door) and dried it a bit. So i left salon with half dry / wet hair and the closing remark was any problems ring in morning!
Whole point of hairdressers meant to leave feeling a million dollars not like your being shoved out of door because they want to go home!
Doesnt help that im hormonal too!0
