It told me it had run out in a minute and it wasnt even 12.00.30secs at that point. It really looked like a fix this year.

"Dear all, thanks for taking part.
We now have over 10,000 names and email addresses...that's really all we were after in the first place."

But really, Im guessing they gave the 'sale' to those who completed the quiz the fastest. Then they can take their time to make the booking...

Yup I agree....seemed all the dates didn't actually correspond with the correct day? Seems fishy to me, funny how it sold out in EXACTLY 60 seconds! I got through to the date selection and as I clicked on a free date was told it was unavailable......PR only me thinks.

The questions were easy and answered in seconds, but no luck. Did it actually start at midday or a little before?

Yay i managed to get a room. Was expecting the questions to be much harder than they were!!!! This is the second time I have managed to get a £1 the other time was a couple of years ago. I hope a few more people on here managed to get a room. I didn't get my first date I wanted but managed to get the day after - just got to book time off from work now :j
Just out of interest at what time did you manage to book because if you got your second choice then you must have taken some time?
I think it's a bit of a lottery after the quiz part...some they let through others they don't?

Grr....it looked like the dates were wrong...as in it said the 4th august was a thursday?

That confused me as well, so who knows if the people who got rooms even got the date they wanted!
