Seriously don't understand the people slagging off a hotel giving people the chance a room for £1 (yes its a small chance with the amount of people trying and the amount of rooms available)
It's all just sour grapes. This is the second time I have won one and its fantastic. Had I been unlucky I would have thought, well there's always next time. Just because you didn't win one its ridiculous to assume it's a scam!
Good luck next time everyone0 -

I think for some people it's the frustration of trying each year and not having any success and some people (not everyone) who got a room saying how easy it was not sour grapes. It's not a great idea for people who got a room to gloat. Obviously it's good to know if people got a room but there's a considerate way of doing it. Anyway you have won twice so it's not surprising you are pleased (surely it is obvious that people who did not get a room will be disappointed and more negative and people who got a room overjoyed and more positive).0 -
Its gone but was it any good. What a total waste of space that section is. What the hell is the point of posting grabbits you can't get??!!One reason is that people who've ordered it can discuss payment/delivery issues and suggest solutions to each other.
It certainly does have a point.
There was a deal withdrawn by Very but lots of us got a £50 voucher by way of an apology, so yes, there are lots of reasons for discussing deals that have expired - for those that did grabbit. If you didn't grabbit then just don't read it - what's the issue? :-)
Hmm, the vast majority I've read don't mention anything of the sort regarding delivery etc.
As for not reading it, by putting it there it's like a two fingered salute if you missed the offer.0
