My gosh. Dont think I will bother this time round. It was hard enough getting onto the site without it crashing before so can you imagine how the server will manage with lots trying to get onto the start of the quiz let alone on the next question!! Lol.

Despite using two laptops, an iphone and a Galaxy Tab all at the same time I have never managed to book a room. It's still worth a go but it's very frustrating.

It is possible though, I managed to get a room before just trying on one laptop with not even a particularly fast connection. Have tried a few times other times unsuccessfully though and it does just eat into your life trying. Very stressful and time consuming! But worth it if you manage it!

Have got this offer a few times, and enjoyed the hotel so much that it's now one of my favourites when I stay in London and have paid full price on occasion.

I am concerned about the quiz element though; with 4 questions that's 3 extra opportunities for the page to crash!

Never managed to get a room without it crashing etc & not through want of trying , just loads of frustration unfortunately

I've managed to get a room 3 times so it can be done! Admittedly that was in the early days, the last couple of occasions I haven't even got onto the site.
