but each time i try via debit card it just goes back to the screen won't even let me put the debit card number in

Hi - I had this for a while until I realised that pop-ups were being blocked.
Look at top and bottom of your browser for a dialog box to allow pop-ups.
Took me a while to notice it.

Note that debit card payments do take a few days to clear.

I've done it via world pay and it did say three days the pop up blocker was the problem. For future use i'll be using the faster payment option much easier

I find the pop up blocker annoying, I cannot get the debit card payment online to work on Safari so I have to switch to Chrome.

Today was my first statement, is there anyway to view the 'paper statement' online, or will one be posted? As when you click view statement, it is just the list of transactions as shown on the online statement...

one will be posted to you i got mine today but i've already payed it i have a total of 7 pounds cashback value which isn't too bad for doing nothing. i just need to sort out the faster payment option otherwise its a three day wait until i can really use the card again.

Haven't had my statement yet, and probaly not until September as I changed the date and have been told over the phone that my 1st statement date will be August 24th.
My question is, now that you have the statement and the cashback value, does it now show the cashback value on your online statement?

no i don't think it shows on the online bill it doesn't on mine

but it does on my paper bill

I just got my statement and spent almost £800 not even trying! The statement looks the exact same as my Halifax Clarity, is Halifax behind this card? Both mastercards, both commision free purchases abroad?

Yes the sort code and account number for setting up a payment is the same as the Halifax Clarity card.
